I live on Johns Island. Currently doing projects on Seabrook and Kiawah. I spotted this spot quite a few times in my commute however I am typically not passing by during lunch hours… I have made a point to get lunch here for the past 3 days in a row. Coming from someone who has been in the restaurant business for most of their life and considers seafood their main source of protein, hands down this place is great! The customer service is just as good as the food. These guys take a lot of pride in what they do and you can tell that they enjoy doing it! I have a sweet spot in my heart for lobster rolls so I have continuously gotten that one dish however I am on my way to try something new today but I will probably still get a lobster roll on top of whatever else I decide because it’s just too hard to pass up! You would not expect to spend over $20 for a plate from a food truck however this is quality seafood and is definitely worth it!

Worth it! Expensive but it was the most delicious food we’ve had on vacation. I had the lobster roll, and I ate it way too fast to really savor it. My partner got the fish (cod) sandwich and he loved it. He said it tastes exactly the way a fish sandwich should taste.The chefs/owners were super friendly, and they were funny too! We ate outside and were very comfortable even in July! It helped that a storm was threatening and the temperature dropped. We will be back!

The best lobster roll I have ever had! Plenty of chunky Maine lobster, sautéed in butter, on a soft roll crisped lightly (Connecticut-style). We received the recommendation from a local…and it did not disappoint! The fried shrimp were fresh and my son loved the Gator bites. Aimee

Great lobster rolls and fish tacos! The owners take great pride in very fresh lobster and fish. Hidden gem for sure. Southern Living magazine gave them rave reviews and we agree. Better lobster than we had in Maine. Bun was delicious and warm. Lobster was pure lobster taste, limited mayo and no fillers. Outside eating only on picnic tables, open for lunch only. Great experience.

We had lunch there this past week. My wife had the shrimp tacos and I had the seafood tacos which were stuffed with fried Cod. They were both awesome. The seafood is very fresh and the food is prepared while you wait, but very quickly. These guys who run this food truck are passionate about their business which they’ve had for about 10 years. Besides the great food, it was truly fun to engage with them in conversation. Just ask about their travels during the Winter months. Amazing!
If you want great tasting, reasonably priced seafood go to Maine Line and tell your friends about it.

The lobster roll was absolutely to die for – buttery, fresh, and packed with flavor. The guys running the truck were so genuine and kind, you can tell they really love what they do. There’s something extra fun about grabbing your food and eating outside, soaking up the fresh air while diving into the best lobster roll you’ll ever have. First time here, got fried shrimp and fries. 10/10 definitely coming back to try something else. Malt vinegar kicked it to 5 stars and they even hooked me up with a to go ramekin. Solid customer service.
