Ok it’s been over 6mths since last visited (1st review below) and it’s gotten worse. Used drive thru, and of course order was messed up. Ordered 8 pieces meal – Only Received 7 Pieces!!!! And it was either sitting out or their grease needs to be changed cause by morning both my son and I were sick. (This was all we had eaten). Drive thru employees were nasty and kinda rude. Drinks were given to us about 3/4 full as well. Wish they would put a manager in there that was good at her job.
(6ths ago) foods ok, not great. Employees are pretty disgusted with their jobs. BUT, someone explain to me why the $7 – 2 piece meal cost $1.50 more to change side???????? Not add a side. PLUS they Stopped All discounts – No senior, military or employee discounts. That’s probably why they do the bare minimum at their jobs.

On a schedule. Ordered a chicken sandwich. 15 minutes later the lady told me they were dropping the filet. I left because I am on a schedule. Lady was polite but don’t go there unless you have time.

I always come to this KFC and order a chicken pot pie and so I know sometimes it takes a little time to cook it. On this day in particular there was a lady that was very rude. Started off at the speaker when she let me order my food only to tell me it would take 22 minutes and offered something else. I simply told the lady I can wait for the e food no problem. She informed me with a sigh in the first breath that she would bring it out front when it’s finished. Perfect, no complaints here. Well then 38 minutes rolls by and nothing. So I go back around and it took 7 minutes before the lady even came to see what I needed. As I was telling her I was checking on my food she shut the window, ran grabbed the food and slammed the door and literally ran off. Ofcourse this type of behavior made me double check my food knowing some thing would be wrong. She was missing my hot sauce I had asked for so I patiently waited another 4 minutes till someone walked by and nothing. I proceeded to honk my horn and another lady showed up to the window. Didn’t say a word just looked at me as if I was bugging her. These employees have no sort of customer service what so ever. Whoever owns this establishment should definitely take care of this SOON.

They was rude, served us raw chicken, and took 20 minutes and still chicken wasn’t cooked. I walked in, manager was high, disrespectful, and extremely slow.

I went to buy something at the drive thru and ordered 4 pieces of chicken with fries. When I went to pay, the lady was giving me an order that I didn’t even ask for and it was in bad taste. Then she put my order back, which only came with three pieces. I also paid for extra ranch and they didn’t put it in either. THEY IS VERY BAD STAFF

Worst KFC chicken I have ever tasted in my life and I frequently stop at KFCs because I love the soft juicy original recipe. Today, the service was slow and the chicken was dark, hard, crunchy and tasted as if it was cooked yesterday or had been in the warmer all day. It was pathetic. IMO, dont waste your money here. Go to Midlothian if you ever get the chance, they have the best tasting KFC and service is always fast, order is accurate, and chicken deliciously juicy and cooked to perfection.

I looked and it said they close at 9:30. At 8 I placed an order for a 12 piece. I received NINE legs, 2 wings and 1 breast. Some was original, some crunchy, It was old and dried up. They emptied out there end of the day chicken, refused to cook more for my order and charged me $40. They still had an hour to go before closing

What kind of business runs their drive through by making people pull into the parking lot to get their food immediately after ordering when no one else is in line?!!! Then took my food to the wrong car…. After delivering my food the employee walked off without giving me any time to check order. Napkins. Etc.
