I would like to file a complaint regarding my visit to the East Peoria Dunkin’ location yesterday .
I ordered a hot chocolate, and unfortunately it was the worst hot chocolate I have ever had. It tasted like plain hot water with chocolate powder mixed in, with no proper flavor or consistency. It was clearly not prepared correctly and was not what customers expect when paying for this drink.
Two employees were working at the time—one older woman and another with blue hair—who served me. If the proper machine or ingredients were unavailable, the drink should not have been sold at all. Serving a poorly made product is unacceptable and feels misleading to customers.
I am very disappointed with this experience and wanted to bring it to your attention so it can be addressed. I hope quality control and staff training can be improved to prevent this from happening again.

This was unfortunately, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I mobile ordered and then pulled into the drive-through. Got to the window and sat at the window for 10+ minutes and the workers asked me four separate times what I was doing at the window. I received my drink and it was wrong. I asked them to fix it and they just dumped half of it out and gave it back to me. So then I went inside to try and get it fixed correctly. The worker who was running the drive-through needs to learn some manners because she doesn’t know how to talk to customers whatsoever. I will not be returning to this location as it wasn’t my usual location.

We stopped in on a Wednesday evening so it was not very busy. We were waited on promptly with very friendly service. The lobby was clean and appears well kept except for the garbages were very full. The bathrooms were the cleanest bathrooms I’ve used in East Peoria! We will be back.

Terrible service! Waited at the box to order and sat for 5 minutes. No body else in line. Pulled up to the window to order and waited another 5 minutes. No sign of anybody working then final an employee come from the back and tells me I have to pull back through drive thru to order at the box and wait in line again.

Tried the peach coconut drink for the first time today and I have to say it was pretty good. I thought it was going to taste like a watered-down Milky version of fruit but it didn’t and I enjoyed it. Nice Quick Service and very friendly, love my Dunkin drinks!

Speaker was hard to hear. When I pulled around to the window the cashier barely acknowledged I was there. She collected the money but know communication beyond that. She was chatting with another co-worker about personal topics (not work related).

Someone needs to train the morning “lead” better. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru (no way to get out of the line once you order.) I ordered a hot coffee and iced coffee, a bagel, and egg bites. When I got to the window, the egg bites were not in the bag. I was told it wasn’t put on the order, so I asked for it to be ordered since we already had been in line for 15 minutes. Was told I would have to drive around and get back in line to order the item because their were people behind me. I refused and explained I had been sitting in line since before 8am and it was now almost 815 and we had to be at work and school. She could have simply ordered it charged me and had me pull aside and had someone bring it out or I could go in. She refused, told me she wasn’t going to argue with a customer and refused to resolve the matter in anyway. When I asked for something else, she said, “What for? Because YOU didnt order an item?” I explained it WAS ordered. Refused to get her manager, Andrea, and said she was the lead and I would have to deal with her. Andrea’s name was on my receipt. I still had my coffee and when I left I noticed it was cold from sitting so long, and only half filled had chocolate syrup all over the outside of my cup and now car cup holder, and we did not have time to get another breakfast before work/school. Worst experience in the drive through!

The customer service was great, ice cream was yummy, but the floors were sticky, drinks spilled in front of the door, and not the cleanest place. We opted to eat in our car.

After not going for years because of slow and terrible service I thought I’d go back, and it was in fact, the slowest and most terrible service you could ask for. I won’t make the mistake again.
