I ordered a medium cheese pizza with
extra cheese, this is the “Cheese” pizza I received. Every slice was 60% crust and a single bites worth of cheese. I’ve never had a problem with this Marcos pizza before and I tried calling the store twice and the phone was never picked up. I’m very disappointed in the quality of this pizza.

I just want to say that I have loved Marcos ever since I found out it existed I moved to Utah 5 years ago so never tried it till about 4 months ago ish and I have to say that this pizza I thought I was a Papa John’s fan but Marco’s is a thousand times better I will say that whenever I ask for extra Parmesan that I don’t always get it but today I decided to try their new hot honey pizza at least it’s new to me lol with thick crust and I asked for extra Parmesan and I have to say that this is the best pizza that I have ever received from them I’ve always loved the food I’m gotten from them but they exceeded my expectations for extra parmesan I am absolutely in love right now thank you so much and the delivery driver was so sweet I didn’t get her name but she has long ponytail and glasses and she’s the sweetest young lady she’s delivered my pizza twice and each time she is amazing (added ranch cup in photo so you can see the thickness in this beautiful pizza.

Never had this happen before, but we ordered two medium pizzas and they were both missing a small slice. It looked like it had been cut out. I don’t know if maybe they sliced the dough before they cooked it and put the toppings on and it split and as it was cooking? And also, two of the pieces on the olive pizza are different heights, suspicious that it may have actually come from different pizza? It doesn’t make sense. The two of those pieces would have risen higher than the rest of the pieces. (On the breadstick pizza, my kid grabbed some before the picture.)

I’ve been getting marcos a lot over this past year and it’s become a favorite of mine. I used to be a manager at the Skyline Dominos location and it pales in comparison to quite a few aspects of marcos. I’ve only ordered delivery twice so majority of the times have been takeout and the staff have always been friendly, the building has always been very clean, communication was clear, timeliness of my order was pretty quick considering how difficult my pizza always is, and the quality of the food has always been fantastic. Ordering online is very easy and they updated it recently so it’s even easier to navigate and customize everything without going back and forth between multiple areas so I love using their website to order, with the updated version as well, they’ve made it easy to adjust how much you want of the toppings you want and what you don’t want, what you want to substitute, etc. and I’ve had an account with them for months as well. I get the same pizza every time which is a very over customized vegetarian pizza and it is delicious every time. My parents get some kind of variation of their specialty chicken pizzas (yesterday my mom accidentally put she wanted thick crust instead of thin and called the store and the woman was really nice and you could hear her tell everyone “that pizza that came up that says thick crust, don’t make it, it’s supposed to be thin!” Then called my mom sweetie and it was really cute and not condescending. Made me laugh lol). And my boyfriend always gets the specialty pepperoni pizza which he loves every time. We’ve also gotten before the buffalo boneless wings, breadsticks, and cinnabites which were also all really good. (Also bought drinks from there but they’re just in the cooler lol) If there was ever a problem with my order, the staff was nice and fixed it immediately and didn’t treat me like I was inconveniencing them. I’ve had before sauces break and they just gave me new ones. Yesterday, we had ordered breadsticks and all the sauces were in the bag with those and one of my garlic cups broke spilling onto the breadsticks and I honestly thought they’d just put the breadsticks in a new bag and give me new sauces because it’s just garlic sauce on breadsticks but they made fresh breadsticks and gave me new sauces! Before I left the store, I spoke with Nathan for a bit who’s one of the delivery drivers and he’s very kind, doesn’t rush you when talking, and is eager to assist customers (he’s the reason I got brand new breadsticks), and that’s honestly really nice to see since a lot of people are burnt out and don’t care anymore which honestly I understand as well, it sucks especially when you want a good experience, but I understand. Got home, ate some of my pizza, as usual it was delicious (I got a small and I have enough to eat later today. I eat my pizza over the course of 2-3 days depending on the sizes I get). That’s all I can remember for now but I’m honestly surprised I haven’t written a review until today but here it is. Highly recommend stopping by if you want to try a new pizza place.

This was first visit to a Marco’s Pizza. I was hoping for more, but was a little disappointed. I ordered my food and my pizza came out wrong, but no big deal. They were great and fixed it rather quick. They forgot to give me my salad and I had to ask for it. The lady up front seemed like a manager of some sort and was trying really hard, but sadly it seemed like she needed to go home. You could tell she was tired and had a hard day. The salad was my biggest disappointment and that’s what I really wanted. They promoted fresh made croutons, fresh shaved parmesan, romaine lettuce, chicken, and Caesar dressing. The dressing is not a good dressing and that really makes our breaks a salad. It didn’t taste like a classic Caesar dressing to me. The croutons were horrible even though they looked amazing. The cheese bread was not the greatest either. I as told they have lots of cheese, but I found it was actually lacking and kind of dry. The pizza was decent. I loved the 2 types of bacon together and the pineapple, but the crust was not the greatest as it was also dry. It was better than your average $5 pizza.

I will always speak good things about marcos. They have some of the best pizza I’ve ever tasted and their prices are easily some of the best with their coupons. Try the hot honey pepperoni magnifico while they still have it. Amazing!

Marco’s Pizza is a good pizza. I personally think it’s a little overpriced for what you’re getting, but the pizza was good. Weirdly enough my favorite part was the crust. I normally am not a fan of pizza crust, but this one was actually pretty good. The store itself has a nice atmosphere. Service was adequate.

Fantastic on-the-go option for pizza, I just speak highly of the customer service experience especially, as there was an internal mishap with a pickup for a gluten free pizza within the CMS, with that being said, the in-store employee and manager were extremely accommodating to the point of leaving a genuine review. Everything was resolved without issue. I wasn’t seeking retribution or anything like that, so even if things didn’t work out, wouldn’t have ruined the day at all. Top notch delivery here, though no names were mentioned, they know who they are. Just so that it’s on record, get these guys a raise, this is the backbone of how every companies customer service should be.
As for the pizza itself, never had an issue with the pizza in the few orders I’ve had at this location, very flavorful and meets the expectations of what you are getting pizza wise.
