Shredded chicken sandwich is insulting! We were driving through to Chillicothe unfamiliar with the area, so we stopped expecting a full menu. We should have pulled out when we saw the offerings. $10 for a combo meal. The shredded chicken looked like dog food with a blob of bbq sauce thrown in it since we asked for bbq sauce. Canned shredded chicken for $5 add Lays chips and a small Coke for another $5. Insulting. The horrible excuse for a Coke is reason enough to never visit here. It tasted terrible, too.

Came here for the first time to get some food and a blizzard. The only food they have are hotdogs or a pulled pork sandwich. So I was just going to get a cheesecake blizzard. They were out of cheesecake. So this will be my first visit and last visit.

As per usual, it was a nice visit. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience there. Though it’s technically in town, it still has a decent little view, and the tables outside (there is no inside dining) are nice. The icecream has always been good quality and doesn’t take long to get to you, no matter how busy they are, and the staff have always been friendly. I’m a little shy, but they haven’t pestered or made fun of me any. I appreciate that they give me a good supply of napkins, too! I’d recommend it.

Ordered 2 small swirls 2 medium Vinella and on large chocolate cones this afternoon. All cones didn’t even fill the cones. Also there was a very long hair in the middle of the large chocolate cone. Yuck .

Horrible. WAY TOO SMALL, the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous and they don’t even serve their burgers here. Very disappointed as Dairy Queen is usually my go-to. Come on Hillsboro, with all the empty buildings and all the places you could move to with better options for a drive thru, this by far was the worst. Won’t be going back here again, I’ll stick with the Dairy Queen in West Union.

Great food! Great ice cream! Very nice employees! Definitely finish your day with a sweet treat from here. I have not had anything I have not liked. They are very clean too. The cherry on top is that they are very kids friendly!

The food was very good here. My personal favorite is a footling coney and a banana split blizzard. The service is pretty fast and their food is very good. One complaint I have is that there’s no bathroom which may be an issue for some people. The staff is also very nice and there’s usually enough seating and parking for everyone. There’s two order windows and one drive through so usually you get taken care of pretty fast. Would definitely recommend

This was a really nice DQ. No inside seating but outside seating was covered and comfortable with plenty of seating. Also plenty of parking. It was busy though and was a bit of a wait to get orders placed and then filled.
We stopped by after a day at Rocky Fork Lake.

11/20 website says it’s open but it’s closed for the season
Inconsistent onamiunt of ingredients in their blizzards. Have to constantly watch them and remind them. Ordered a large cheesecake blizzard. Only got 6 pieces of cheesecake. My one the week before had at least 8!
