Yum yum and yum again. Huge menu. Open on Christmas day and New Year’s day. Can’t go wrong with a quant family style restaurant. Only 6 booths plus a family booth and 6 or so small tables but the most delicious. Located just behind the tire shop in the Fry’s parking lot. I’ve never had a bad experience. Go try for yourself

Simple environment, but the food… it’s nothing less than amazing. Not kidding, the best Mongolian beef I’ve ever had. Real flavor, and when I asked for spicy – they asked how high. Just what a spicy food enjoyer wants to hear. And no, the heat was not a substitute for flavor, all 3 dishes we ordered were delicious. Wife had house sauce chow mein – flavor worthy of the name house sauce. Gramma had walnut coconut shrimp – glazed to perfection.
This was first of many visits to come. I’m m thoroughly impressed. Very unassuming location but who cares – the food delivers

This is my first review, and I typically avoid saying negative things about small businesses, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I’ve been a loyal customer at Jade’s Garden for several years because the food has always been excellent. Unfortunately, my visit today will be my last. I ordered a cup of egg drop soup and found a cockroach in it. When I brought this to the attention of the waiter, she casually told me it wasn’t the first time something like that had happened that day. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the situation, making it seem like they were used to such incidents. I left feeling disappointed and will not be returning. I urge you to improve your standards, as this is simply unacceptable!

The food was delicious, you could tell it was freshly made. Great customer service, very clean environment, and the waitress was very nice and helped us pick out great choices for our 1st time here. Definitely recommend and we will come back .

The food was absolutely delicious. Everything seemed to have been cooked fresh and was served hot. Service could have been a little bit better as we had to ask several times for more silverware which should have been given with the meal in the beginning and different items to garnish the meal with such as hot mustard and extra sweet and sour sauce. The place is small in the inside was meant to look nice but you can see all the way down into the back entrance and that was not a site someone would want to be looking at while eating their dinner. We should have sent at another table perhaps! Best thing is we would eat there again and probably will as long as we are in the Tucson area because of the food. Takeout is booming for them and will be for us with our next order.

I’ve been eating at Jade Garden for over 20 years. They have become part of our holiday traditions as we frequently have holiday meals here. Our favorites are the sesame chicken, house lo mein, crab puffs, BBQ pork slices, spicy beef and war wonton soup.

Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Service person was very informative and helpful regarding ingredients necessary due to food allergies plus gluten free options. Not fancy but nice quiet pleasant environment. Portions were large enough that 2 out our 3 had leftovers to take home.

Ive been a customer of jade garden for over 10 years. It used to be the best orange chicken in town. I dont know what happened or if its only the orange chicken but it is so bad now. Its very disappointing. You guys were my Christmas and new years tradition.

My partner and I ordered Beef Pad Thai, Beef Fried Rice, and the Thai Tea. Service was nice and fast.
Beef Pad Thai: I did not really enjoy this. Too much sauce, and the noodle was not the normal flat pad Thai noodle – it was thin similar to Angel Hair but rectangular and made from rice.
Beef Fried Rice: if you like beef and fried rice, you will like this.
Thai Tea: Not good. Tasted like licorice to me, and tasted like sweet cereal water to my partner. It lacked the black tea flavor I’ve been searching for at restaurants (nothing I have found has come close to the real homemade deal, this place included).
