One of the best Starbucks crews out there, as for all the complaints, it just sounds like typical Fairhope playing games with each other.
The patio size is wonderful, and inside is kept clean. I spent quite a bit of time here while I was in Fairhope. This crew pulled off quite a miracle as sitting and working got me tobacco-free. I will absolutely miss that vibe.

I avoid this Starbucks at all costs because of how bad it has been every single time without fail, despite it being the only coffee shop within walking distance to me. I would rather get coffee from McDonald’s at this point. I went again because I had a gift card and as usual the coffee was not even drinkable. You would have to actually pay me to finish it. I truly don’t see how it can be so difficult to make a coffee and pull a shot that doesn’t taste like it has been burned and mixed with well water. It doesn’t matter what you get either. They can’t mix in matcha, they can’t make a latte. It’s all nasty. I don’t get how this location even stays open considering the workers can’t communicate either.

I’m leaving another bad review because they cannot get it together. Rude, nonchalant. Specific example: Ordered drink, got the wrong size, told the lady I got the wrong size and she just said “okay what do you want me to do” with an attitude…..bro remake the drink. that question isn’t inherently bad but being rude as if it’s my fault that a miscommunication happened is wild. ALSO why is there always a miscommunication? Read my order back for extra measure, ask if X was my order at the window or literally anything to ensure more efficient service. I’m not the biggest fan of labor but dude if you hate work that bad find somewhere else. Inconsistency is always a problem, I buy a $9 drink just to never know if it’s going to taste the same or not. Are there not recipe guides in there with specific measurements? Every time you get a drink it’s different. idk I’m no longer a daily customer, bullet coffee is respectful, knows my order, acts like they actually don’t mind customer service.

Genuinely the rudest, most unprepared, and waste of money Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Whoever keeps putting Jay in the drive-thru needs to take them off. This person is consistently rude and clearly hates the job.

Jan 16th 10:50am : 2nd REVIEW, I’m so tired of paying 8$ for a venti matcha with strawberry cold foam and being handed absolute crap every other time. I hurt my back and my husband had to pick up my drink for me. He said she handed him this “matcha w strawberry cold foam” and when she handed it to him she said “sorry it was a little mixed” are you kidding me? It was completely mixed, melted AND there was NO layer of pink strawberry cold foam. “A little mixed” girl what? Then remake it! You admitted yourself it wasn’t made right and still handed it off to the customer anyways. Get it together, you guys are making drinks it’s not rocket science. This has happened way too many times at this location. I’m so tired of asking for remakes. The pics for my second review show the brownish mixed up slop my husband brought home and then the remake of what it’s supposed to look like. You can see how ridiculous it was to hand something like that to a customer is when you see the comparison.
I’ve been here many times since they’ve opened and almost every single time I’ve had a negative experience.
One time, they gave my coffee order to the wrong person. So I had to wait all over again. And then when I received the coffee, it was completely wrong. I walked back up to the counter, and the girl looked at me coming back again (clearly something is wrong if I came back) and she completely ignored me. I’m patient so I waited, for five whole minutes just standing there at the counter. I finally said “hey my order is wrong.” Before she would help me. Other times, at least 5 occasions, I’ve ordered a matcha latte (my typical order at all Starbucks locations I order it the same every time) and they can not get it right here. Last time, when I asked for 3 pumps of vanilla in my latte as usual, got my drink, it wasn’t even slightly sweet. Today, I asked for a matcha latte, 3 pumps vanilla, with almond creamer, and they literally gave me a thick viscous cup of pure almond milk with clumpy unblended matcha.
There’s no excuse at this point. I tried and tried at this location. I work in the food industry, the employees here do not care, and neither the management is not on top of it enough. Otherwise, the employees wouldn’t be so ill prepared. It is not hard to make a coffee or a matcha latte. I make them at home all the time. Please train your staff and maintain a higher standard. If they are too busy to maintain quality standards then that means you didn’t schedule enough employees for the shift. Do better.

I do not understand what it is about this particular Starbucks or why it is so completely impossible to get my order correct when it is an item right off the menu as is…nothing special about it at all. Today will be at least the 6th time I get home and it is only 2/3 full and has no whipped cream…I had been going to other coffee shops before and I guess it is time to go back…I have been to Starbucks in more cities and states than I can think of right now and not once has this ever happened but here it happens at least every other time.

Team member who was upbeat & kind at the window was the only reason I gave 2 ⭐️’s. A “Bacon, Egg & Gouda” sandwich should probably either include (a) more bacon, (b) be taken off the menu for the time being, or (c) raise the price to include more bacon. At least the other components existed & was hot. Instead, Starbucks disappoints.

This is the worst starbucks that i have ever been to… At 5:30am i went to get order a citrus tea as usual so the lady that was at register said she could take my order because she wasnt on the clock and the lady that was on at the register prior to her said someone will help me soon and i was okay…. So i waited 15 mins and still nothing so a few more other ppl walked and they told them someone will be with them shortly and still nothing so the cashier with the streaked green hair that was able to clock in yet so we we’re still waiting to go the the cashier with blonde hair and glasses to help as i waited for 20 something minutes and the rest of them about 10-15 horrible customer service and no one even greets you…..
