Employees were very kind. However, for a fast food joint, you’d expect to get your food fast. Not here! We were the only people there woth no one in the drive thru, and it took 11 minutes to get our food. But wait, we didn’t get our fries. They hadn’t even started cooking the fries when our sandwiches came out. It took another 6 minutes to finally receive the fries. Ate cold sandwich with hot, mediocre fries! We won’t be back. It was nice to see that this place is family oriented… multiple family members of the workers came in after us to chit chat and get food before us. We visited on 5-18.

I was only person in the place,they made my French dip,but no one cooked my potato cakes until they give me my sandwich. So I was done eating the sandwich before I got potatoes which was to hot to eat,so had to take with me.

Food is as usual with Arby’s. The only disappointment is the curly fries. Not satisfied with the quantity. Can’t complain about the quality though. We love their chicken tenders and curly fries. Ofcourse their jalapeño bites are good too.

Arby’s may claim to have the meats but they weren’t on my Ruben sandwich. Previously the sandwich has been piled high with corned beef but not on this occasion. I had one thin slice on my sandwich. Fries were also cold and hard. Come on Arby’s you are better than this.

Ok so we order from here probably once a week… Food is fine, service is good…. and then there was tonight. Wife orders one of those orange shakes. I go to pick up the order and that shake is sitting on the shelf at room temp…. no problem they just made it. Odd, it has the clear top on it and they have that top TAPED on…. Get home, on my back porch, and POP the shake kind of explodes in my hand dumping itself over me and my porch. So I’m thinking when you 90 degree plus days do not tape that lid shut!!!

This location has always been terrible. Ive tried once or twice a year for nearly the last decade. I wanted a French dip sandwich today so I went through the drive through. There was only one other car at the drive through and one customer inside, they were not busy. They somehow managed to screw it up and give me a gyro that I cannot eat. They did however give me the aujus that comes with a French dip. My experience at this location is that the manager continuously screws things up while yelling at employees and being rude to everyone in general.

This Arby’s was clean, the staff was very nice, and the food was great. I always appreciate a well run establishment. I know it’s hard to do, it’s never perfect, but they are crushing it here!

As someone who works in New Albany I’ve had a lot of good experiences stopping here for lunch. Unfortunately today was not one of those experiences. The window staff was not friendly, handed me the bag with my items thrown in, no napkins, asked me what sauce when I ordered and gave me no sauce, and to top it off my chicken fingers were badly over cooked and scorched. Im sure for a lunch fix I’d return, but today wasn’t a win.
