A good place to get an ice cream treat while visiting Biltmore. There are several flavors to choose from, the service is quick, and there are places to sit in the plaza outside the shop. It was interesting to learn about the history of the Biltmore Creamery while we were there.

This was some of the most expensive ice cream I’ve ever purchased, but somehow it was worth every penny and so delicious! Highly recommend that you check out the creamery if you are visiting Biltmore! Their sundae is out of the world good!

Hands down, the BEST pins colada shake I’ve ever had! Highly recommend. We also tried the original vanilla ice cream from the start of the creamery and it was also very good!

It was fairly hot even for a May Day. My wife had the vanilla milkshake and she even today continues to say it’s the best milkshake she has ever had. I had the root beer float and it was wonderful how the root beer was frozen to the edges of the vanilla ice cream. We sat inside near the gift shop. And enjoyed our treats. If you’re looking for a Savory treat I could not endorse this place more

Seemed more like on the average end as to how good ice cream is. It was expensive , I had the cappuccino it was alright but it wasint as strongly flavored as other coffee ice cream I’ve had from other places. There are other places in the area that have really good ice cream and you get more bang for your buck like Kilwin’s.

Located in the cafe area of Biltmore, this Ice Cream Parlor definitely satisfies the sweet-tooth. The prices are so-so, and a kids scoop of ice cream will cost you around $4 but a banana split up to $10. Keep that in mind, but overall the quality is top notch.

Very large amount of ice cream and delicious waffle cones. They are heavily staffed but expect 10-15 lines because of how popular it is. They sell coffee as well and it was great.
