The food was tasty and good portion for the price. The service was a little slow. Overall, a good restaurant.

I’ve been a regular at Pho Ava since they opened in 2017, and it remains one of my favorite spots in Santa Fe. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is always great. What keeps me coming back is the Bun; it’s outstanding with its vibrant mix of fresh and crisp sprouts and vegetables. Excellently prepared proteins and noodles come together in this flawless combination, consistently delivering a truly satisfying meal.

Doesn’t look like much on the outside, but they have amazing food with good portions for the price! I love that they put the sprouts and other veggies aside with Pho, and the lettuce presentation with the egg rolls. Really polite staff as well.

The hostess and our server were both super nice and friendly.

The banh mi tofu veggie sandwich was a bit dry though and could have used some sauces.
Tofu noodles bowl was delicious but a bit spicy (too many jalapenos) for my taste.

I ordered the banh mi/Vietnamese sandwich and shrimp spring rolls to go. My car smelled delicious, I wanted to eat it in the parking lot. The bread was very soft and chicken was very flavorful. All the flavors came together great. The spring rolls were yummy too with the peanut dipping sauce.

Absolutely delicious, this was my second time going but the first time I went was the first time I ever tried Pho, I’m a changed man!
They were very busy when we came in but the food came out quick and the servers were patient and kind, couldn’t ask for more

The service is bad. We stood and waited 15 minutes before being acknowledged. It took another 10 minutes to get a table. The tables are less than an arm’s length away from eachother. The server brought us beverages other than the ones we ordered. It took awhile before the server came back with the right beverages, then left before we could place our orders. Around five minutes later the server came back and took our orders. The food came out soon after but the portions are small and not worth the cost.

Best pho I’ve had in Santa Fe. Super-sized portion with tasty broth and plenty of toppings. I can only vouch for the pho since that is all I ever get. When I went I did end up ordering some Thai tea which was fairly tasty. I will definitely be coming back for more. The atmosphere is nice and the service is great and attentive.

Great to find it open. This is first visit since the COVID-19 pandemic began and we’re so glad to be able to eat here again. We don’t visit Santa Fe often but when we do we like to have lunch. Pho Ava is one of our favorite places. The food and service have always been exemplary and today maintained that consistency.
