There’s truly not enough words to compliment this incredible staff and restaurant location. We ordered a pickup order through DoorDash and arrived at the restaurant and we’re told that the order was already picked up by a DoorDash delivery driver even though we ordered pickup. They said he had a confirmation number and our order was gone. It was a $100 order so we were really upset. We explain the situation to the staff and tried to resolve the situation both through the staff as well as DoorDash and there wasn’t anything they could do. So, we also explained many of our personal struggles that our family has been going through over the last year and how hopefully those struggles are starting to come to an end. After discussing the situation for almost a half hour, Kim, the manager, and her staff members decided to remake the entire order so it was fresh for us. When we got home, the food was not only fresh and delicious but also a special note for my wife was on the inside. This is the type of customer care that everyone should have for everyone and this level of empathy is something that should truly be modeled by every human. It was so encouraging to see young people with this level of empathy and advocacy for other people. God bless them all

When you order a double protein bowl with extra rice and an order of chips and guac, and this (just for example) is the amount of guac they give you. The amount of issues I have with this location is absurd. Employees just look at you and the general manager has been disrespectful on multiple occasions.

I paid $15 for a bowl of rice. Even though I selected chicken, I got maybe 5 pieces. Not even whole pieces. Shreds. This is completely unacceptable and on the verge of fraud. I paid for an item, didn’t get what I ordered. Nor got a refund. Tried to call the store. Made me open a chat in an app with a bot. Bot was useless and said thanks for feedback and closed the chat. I do not understand how this franchise is still in business with how pathetic and consistently disappointing they are.

I recently visited this Chipotle. The atmosphere was fine and everything seemed clean. However, the portion size was the smallest I’ve ever gotten at a Chipotle. I ordered a barbacoa bowl with a side tortilla, and it cost $15. Usually, the bowl is filled to the point where it almost overflows a bit, but this time it was actually recessed down into the bowl. It was such a small portion that it didn’t even reach the top. Usually Chipotle’s meals are very filling but this wasn’t so. Given the price and the portion, I won’t be returning here.

Let me start by saying we eat Chipotle 2-3 times a month. We ordered pick up and came home to half filled bowls that were crushed and not even enough for my 11 year old. When I am paying 14.50 for EXTRA and the bowl isn’t even filled there is a problem. I took them back and spoke to the manager Corrine who was one of the rudest people I’ve spoken to. She stated they are filled with 2oz measured and they “make not look pretty” but if she has them remade “ I will make sure you do not get more than what is in there now”. I explained the bowl with extra didn’t have extra. And she repeated the above statement. She stated “ there should be room around the sides even In the extra”. Someone in line while I was there got THREE tiny cut up pieces of chicken. They asked for more and was told no. This is absolutely pathetic and ridiculous to pay $15 a bowl for a half filled bowl. The manager is rude to her employees as well as to the patrons. Believe the reviews !! This place is poorly

When you order a quesadilla and two sides your not supposed to put the sides in the qesadilla. What are you people doing, I’ve never seen this before. If I wanted a burrito I would have ordered a burrito. Rude at takeout window questionable all around. Would never go to this location again too many red flags!!!

Not good, service is not good, disorganized behind the counter, tea was discolored and very sour and disappointing, no ice and soda machine broken. Drive through seemed to be rolling at a good pace. I always count on the food but even it was bad the pinto beans to spicy and not good in general.

Not only is this our go-to for take-out, but Souderton Chipotle came through with a large last minute food order this weekend + knocked it out of the park! Thomas was super helpful, and the whole team there is friendly + efficient! Will absolutely be back again! Thank you!

I was very excited to see a Chipotle opening in my area. After checking the reviews, it seems like they had a rough start, probably due to being extremely busy since they JUST opened. The service and quality/quantity of food goes down at ANY food establishment when there aren’t enough staff to keep up with the customers and the staff run out of ingredients or must rush around like crazy to keep up with the orders. I drove by here a few times around dinner and the entire parking lot was full, along with the mobile order pickup line AND the parking lot next to it (which was always empty prior to Chipotle opening). I decided to wait until a less busy day/time because I am not going to expect to receive quality service when a place is that busy.
With that being said, I tried them today on my lunch break (at 11:00am), they had about 4 people in the line and worked quick and efficient, all the staff was SUPER friendly (despite probably having an extremely hard week there) and the food was delicious! I got a burrito bowl and everything was cooked well and it’s still hot and they had all the available toppings ready.
If you came here during an extremely busy time on top of them just opening up, and had a bad experience – then try at a less busy time or accept that the quality will not be best until they work out a system that works. This is a new team that probably met for the first time last week!
