I would give it 0 stars if I could. The tortillas for the tacos and the quesadillas looked and tasted like cheap store bought tortillas and they were cold and hard (we ate right when we got it). The portion size for the quesadilla was so small, it looked like a child size. The place looks run down and non operational, there’s no menu anywhere when driving up and when the food was ready the guy just stood at the window watching us chat and didn’t say anything or let us know that the food was ready, he just stared at us, food in hand, waiting for us to notice him they put lettuce and cheese in their corn tortilla tacos….what in the ???? The guacamole that they gave with the quesadillas was an individually wrapped store bought guac. Anyone who says this is authentic has never had good Mexican food. The barbacoa was terrible and SO GREASY. Do not come here if you’re looking for good food, the only plus size is that it was incredibly cheap. We still would never go back.

BEST elotes ever! I have gone to other places and always compare them to don Miguel’s elotes. Nowhere else makes them as good. So don’t let the outer appearance of this place discourage you from trying it out!

Best elote in amarillo. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick snack 🙂 If you aren’t big on spicy things, make sure to ask for the chile on the side. Would recommend adding a small amounts of chile and working your way up to your spice tolerance
