Ordered online and got a conformation number. After an hour passed out estimated delivery time we started to call to ask where our pizza was. Horrible customer service. Everything is through a call center and when they transfer you to this store specifically, no one answers the phone. We drove to the store, horrible location and confusing how to enter the building. Once we got inside we were told that our order was cancelled, which we never got an email or update on. We called them out for never answering the phone and didn’t even get an apology. No wonder Pizza Hut is going out of business. I will never return.

Speaking strictly as someone who only gets carryout from this location, I have not had any serious issues with my orders thus far. I vaguely recall once a topping on a pizza was missed, but that’s it. The vast majority of the time, my orders come out as expected and on time.

I put in a very large order of 24 large pizzas and 6 double orders of breadsticks for a business lunch for 75 + people. Patrick the manager was very polite “sir” over the phone and made sure preparations were in place for my order the following day. The General Manager Dakota was also very helpful in ensuring that my food order was 100 % correct, hot and on time!!! In fact Dakota delivered it personally and was very friendly and professional. They definitely went above and beyond! I highly recommend this Pizza Hut especially for large orders! Tim

Don’t hassle to go there! They r not friendly and they don’t care about people but themselves! I worked there and I have seen employees picked the wings from the floor and frying them and sell to customers! They said it’s okay cause oil temperature over 400. Plus they don’t clean the fryer everyday! There more I want to share but for me I’ll never shop or work for Pizza Hut!

My chicken was not the right flavor and was not done. The pizza looked fake and did not taste like any other Pizza Hut.. it’s usually good but today it was terrible I’m angry I spent 35 bucks on it. The outside grounds need to be taken care of it looks like the restaurant is closed. Grass not cut looks awful. I’m pretty sure Pizza Hut owners can get the outside of the restaurant taken care of

Ordered $60 worth of food for delivery that was never delivered. Whoever the last who answered the phone was 11/21 about 5:15pm told me it’s not her problem, it left the store. Unhelpful people and bad attitudes.

I ordered my pizza through the Pizza Hut app and it couldn’t have been easier. Pick your Deal or Meal, add or remove toppings and pay. COULDN’T be easier! As per usual I was 10 minutes early and found that my order was ALREADY done. Fantastic!

Despite it being a very dirty and lonely place, I always go to that place out of comfort, although contact with the staff had been limited after making me wait more than 30 minutes, they were rude .I always object to the places I visit but this person disrespected me and raised his voice without being right and it was very uncomfortable because he disrespected me. I hope they can correct these situations and have a better service and environment inside and outside the facilities
