My boyfriend ordered me food and a drink from this starbucks location. The drink was well made but my food was a different story. First the bread was half off and hardened in that spot so i couldn’t even fix it without making an effort. Second, there was cheese smeared ALL over the backside of the bag. I understand it doesn’t affect the taste of the food, but it’s a little ridiculous and extremely lazy on the workers part to package food like in such a messy manner.

HORRIBLE experience and this was the final straw for me using this location. This location should reconsider their location as they are not equipped to handle any rush hour periods. I waited this morning 15 minutes for my order (I had walked up because the drivethru line was so long). By the time I was done waiting and only receiving 1 part of my 2 part order (never got my drink), I realized everyone who had ordered in person in front of me as well as the other cars that had been in drive thru were gone. When I asked for an update the girl with short brown curly hair and glasses said they were still working on it and couldn’t tell me how much longer (last time I checked this wasn’t doctors office or any environment like that) (meaning they messed up and missed my order but didn’t want to admit it). This location continues to be a disappointment but is the only Starbucks on my drive but I definitely won’t be coming here anymore. HIGHLY recommend the Dutch Bros around the corner on Spring Stuebner or Beans Up Coffee at the front of 45 and 2920. Both places have better coffee than Starbucks anyways.

This location specifically gives you a hard time. Everytime. Drinks are always watered down and customizing a drink? forget about it. I asked for a venti pink drink. Gave me a grande. Put the passion tea In a venti and everything else in a grande cup? I was so confused. I asked for a remake and they just dumped both drinks into a new grande cup. Still not what I asked for..screenshot came from another barista and it was hard to make for them apparently?

I got matcha for the first time it was smooth, creamy, and had the perfect balance of sweetness with that earthy green tea flavor. It was refreshing, I would definitely get this again.

It’s Monday morning, and honestly, getting out of bed felt impossible. I came to Starbucks half-asleep, convinced only coffee could wake me up. Usually, I don’t think twice about my Starbucks stops or the staff, but today Justice completely changed that.

They recently added a feature where you can see the barista while ordering in the drive-through, and Justice was smiling the entire time. He even took a moment to ask if I had any exciting plans for the day — and while I didn’t, that small question snapped me out of my morning fog and made me feel seen. It was such a simple gesture, but it genuinely turned my morning around.

Justice, thank you for being so kind and positive. You reminded me how much a friendly attitude can brighten someone’s day.

Drinks are always made terribly compared to other locations. Baristas are always rude and in a rush. Today they wrote “hi I’m stupid” on ALL our drinks after they believed we called them stupid which didn’t happen. I found this very offensive and unprofessional. get new staff.

Worse experience!! Absolutely rude! Can’t believe we ordered online orders and when we received it. The barista had wrote on our drinks “Hi I’m stupid. Called and spoke to the manager and he was no help whatsoever. If they have the nerve to write this on a customers order! what makes me think they didn’t mess with my drinks! This needs to be addressed!

Placed my mobile order and my order was not only unprepared but wasn’t getting made at all. Apparently they close at 8:30pm. Not 9:30pm as posted outside and in the app I ordered and paid for my drink. I asked if they could at least issue a refund or a gift card for my loss if they weren’t going to make my drink. Poor guy goes and asks their female manager and she instructed him to tell me that there was nothing they could do and that I would have to go into app. I’m like seriously . I wanted to throw rotten tomatoes, but drove to a location I frequent instead. At least they face you with dignity and you don’t catch someone in the middle of a trash run sheesh.
