I limit how often I go to this location mainly because the noise coming from the staff. The music is too loud some times, but the main disruption is the staff singing out loud, not humming, but singing. I am all about the staff being comfortable and happy while working and I don’t know about their policies and expectations. I am simply sharing the reality that I, personally, avoid this store due to the singing and noise from the staff. It also may not be fair to the other staff who have to put up with the ones who sing.

Extremely impressed with the service and team here on a Friday morning. We heard the baristas all communicating with each other and one of the leaders was complimenting and encouraging the team for doing a good job while they were working. That’s not something you hear very often.
We got our coffee and breakfast sandwiches very quickly and were on our way without a hitch.
The maple waffle sandwich is always so good. And the seasonal Pumpkin espresso shakers is awesome. I just ask for less of the flavoring in it so it’s not so sweet.
Would definitely come back to this specific location!

We had coffee (Americanos) and breakfast sandwiches. Cashier very friendly and fast – but there seemed to be a lot going on and the wait was longer than I expected for our order and it wasn’t all ready together. I know it is a busy place in the forenoon, however, it seemed unusually hectic and not well orchestrated in the workspace – even tho there seemed to be plenty of people back there.

I don’t like to leave low reviews, however, I know the potential and expectations of a Caribou. The good: Quality of coffee and food is very good. Space to work is good. Convenient and good overall atmosphere. Not good: Baristas are not up to expected friendliness of other Caribous. The shop is very unkempt. (I’ve been here several times and it is the same): Trash on floor, coffee poured on trash and condiment bar, full trash, pallet of boxes always right in front, bathrooms full of toilet paper and towels all over floor and plugged. (I know this shop in particular has had difficulty getting staff the last couple years, so I’m sure that is contributing) I will come here again, but I know they can, and should, do better.

Let’s just say, if this were my first time at a Caribou, I would not return. The staff seemed to not know what was going on. The cup I got had foam all over it though my drink should not have foam. In fact it was 1/3 foam! They seemed more into working on the drivethrough orders than the people inside.
