I am over 45 years old and this is only the second negative review I have ever written in my life, but the service here was appalling. I paid $8.08 for a half Symphony on a baguette that was incredibly sparse. In contrast, my coworker ordered the same sandwich on regular bread and received three times the amount of meat, avocado, and bacon.
When I called to politely request a refund for the poor value, the woman claiming to be the owner was combative and repeatedly spoke over me. She stated they “never do refunds” and offered a free sandwich for a future visit. When I explained I would not be returning, she told me she “did not care” and eventually started yelling at me until I had to disconnect the call.
The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is shocking. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Photos will be attached

Food is good but atmosphere a little heavy. There’s a gentleman here about 30 years old with longer hair that has such a terrible attitude. I’m sure his coworkers must love him. Angel hair pasta is pretty decent. One of the few places you can get a good egg salad sandwich called Sacks’ Dali.

I stopped by Sack’s Art of Sandwich today for lunch, and it was a great experience from start to finish!
I ordered the tuna salad sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, packed with flavor, and super satisfying. The sandwich was very filling—definitely not one of those spots where you leave still hungry. Plus, they add a little cookie on the side, which was a really nice touch!
The vibe of the place is great, the staff was friendly, and you can tell they put a lot of care into what they serve. I would absolutely come back—either to enjoy the tuna salad again or to try something new off the menu.
If you’re looking for a fresh, filling, and delicious lunch spot in Phoenix, I highly recommend giving Suck’s Art of Sandwich a try!

One of the best Sandwich Shop’s in Phoenix! Sacks is a great place to be able to grab a quick healthy lunch in the Downtown area!
My go-to is The Improve, which is basically an entire Thanksgiving meal wrapped up into a sandwich, with turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce on a baguette! I also really enjoy their potato salad, and you can’t skip on their treats! They have an amazing lemon bars and their cookies are top notch!

I can’t rate much besides the food, as I ordered this place through Uber Eats. Their sandwiches though, were absolutely vile. I ordered the overture, and it showed up as a big pile of vegetables. No meat, no sauce, just a tasteless pile of lettuce, tomato, and onion. Ultra disappointed in this place, especially cause I like to support small businesses. One of the worst Uber Eats orders I have had in a long time. Going to be requesting a refund, because they messed up so bad.

I usually don’t write reviews. But this was my first time ordering from here, and I got a turkey bacon and cheese sandwich. I was disappointed that they basically gave me a lettuce sandwich. One piece of bacon and thinnest layer of meat. The bread is super soft and delicious though. Wish there was more meat. 🙁

Gotta love a place where you get a free cookie. But this is so much more. Friendly and helpful service with a smile. The outdoor patio is a great place to take a break from the downtown hustle and bustle. Now to the sandwiches, which are off the hook. Perfectly balanced flavors and quantity of ingredients. They are also fairly priced to not break the bank just for lunch. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I can’t believe I’ve never been here. A friend highly recommended this place and I’m glad I finally listened. Easy to find. Warm and inviting, bistro/diner kind of feel. Everyone was nice and very swift. I believe I ordered the Sacks Symphony. I hadn’t had alfalfa in a sandwich in a long time, particularly because it’s not easily available—I did here! I will definitely be back. I absolutely loved the sandwich and the people here.

This was a great deli that was easy walking distance from the nearby medical facilities. We ordered the turkey sandwich, one on a gluten free sub roll and the other on tomato basil bread. When husband bit into his sandwich he was reminded of a deli he used to eat at in San Rafael, CA while in high school. The ingredients were constructed in a way that enhanced each individual flavor. It was like a party in your mouth! We elected to dine outside under the covered patio. The only concern I had was there could have been more attentiveness in wiping down the tables. I always bring my own wipes, so no problem to clean the seating area. The sandwich was quite filling and the little cooking in our bags was the perfect sized after dinner sweet. Husband ordered a coffee and a staff member made a fresh pot and brought it to our table. Thanks to that staff member because no one was standing around idle. Price point of our meals was spot on.
