Tried for the first time, and the food was ok. Rice was lacking a little flavor, and enchiladas needed a little salt. Carne guisada was good. It wasn’t busy, and food did take a while to come out. Plates are well served, and corn tortillas are handmade.

We got here at 10:50am. My husband got his drink 15mins later. Then we finally got our breakfast at 11:45. The food was ok. I will not be back. The parking lot sucked. The husband had to reverse to the street ♀️

Local restaurant, the food was good, the reason I wasn’t so thrilled about this place was because of the freshness of the food we ordered. The people after us received their food before us and when we did get our food the fries on one of the plates was were mild and not so hot. I think the lady took awhile to bring us the food but it’s whatever, overall the price was fair and I would return to eat here just not if I’m tight on time.

Juanitos has pretty lights on the ceiling.
The tvs are too loud and they are echoing each other which is really annoying. IMO.
No Mexican music just TVs playing the news at 11am.
The restaurant’s clean and The waitress was friendly. We ordered a chicken Botana platter. It looked like a big order of chicken nachos. We ate it, it wasn’t that great and then we left. The best part of the meal was the rice. It was fluffy and flavorful. The rest was…meh. Sadly, with so many Mexican food options in the area, we will not be returning to Juanitos. Too bad because the lights were neat
Also, theres too many options on the menu. 8 pages is too much. It can be trimmed down to 2-3 pages front and back. With a smaller menu, your cooks will be less frustrated and rushed, prep time will shorten and the quality of your dishes will increase.
***i feel like down here, 15 minutes from Mexico, Mexican restaurants need to bring their A game. The population is mainly Hispanic. They’re not serving people who don’t eat Mexican food at home.
Just make the food like grandma makes it and you’ll be alright.

We enjoy trying new places. Especially family-owned restaurants. This little restaurant served us great food. It was delicious, hot, prompt, and courteous. The environment was very inviting and it was beautiful to see all the Christmas decorations. I highly recommend.

Had the Mexican burger. It was lacking i think the reason it was Mexican was because of the avocado, but at the same time it fills your tummy. I would Not order it again. My aunt had oatmeal. She loved that, huge bowl.

Great food at a great price. Friendly service by staff. Partitions in between tables are a plus, and give my family sense of security in these tough times. My server Monica is the best and went above and beyond to serve my table.
