This is definitely the ramen shop of my dreams! If you’re someone who loves authentic Japanese ramen, this is the place. The staff are very nice, and very knowledgeable about real ramen. The noodles are delicious, the broth is rich, the marinated bamboo shoots are amazing, and the chashu is good and fatty. Even better, the soft boiled eggs are the perfect jammy yolks. I really hope this shop is here to stay!

Noodle Ju’B is a fantastic new addition to Winston-Salem. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a real ramen-ya—warm, welcoming, and full of character. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what they do, which immediately puts you at ease.
We ordered the Shio Bowl and Miso Ramen, and both were excellent—deep flavor, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care. I asked a question about my bowl, and the head chef, who studied in Japan, was happy to explain, which made the experience even more memorable.
The steam buns and gyoza were already sold out—unfortunate, but a very good sign. We’ll be back for those. Add a Japanese Calpico soda, and it was a beautiful meal. Ramen Ju B brings real quality and soul to Winston-Salem. I’ll be back very soon.
Thank you to the staff and all who made are experience a great one, cheers!

We stopped by at lunch time 12/19. It was a bit of wait but it’s not long at all. You ordered through the QR code which I think its convenient. I ordered the Pork bun and Shoyu Ramen. For Shoyu Ramen the noodle was so fresh! The broth was beautifuly salty umami. I truly enjoyed it! The pork bun is freshly steam and it come in Bamboo basket ( I didn’t get the picture because I was too busy destroying the bun). The atmosphere was nice, We get to watch our food being made. I would definitely come back and try the rest of the menu.

This place they just open not too long ago. I really think everyone should give them a try! The price is also really reasonable.

This is as close to the Japanese ramen experience as you can get in the triad. Once seated, you order via QR code and they’ll bring it to you. It is a little pricey but worth it! Highly recommend the shio ramen and the gyoza. The broth is flavorful and the noodles were the perfect chewy texture. We’ll definitely be back!

1st time, not sure what to expect. Was super delighted, sat a the counter, as I was solo. The friendly host explained the menu and offered help…hehehe there was a QR code to scan which was completely easy. I ordered and basically started getting my food almost instantly. So fresh, and full of flavor. I got the spicy pickles, the steamed bun, and the gonna. Everything cooked to order in the open kitchen. Very calm and quiet too. I really enjoyed my lunch. Next time im totally trying a Ramen bowl.

I happened to find this place on Google maps when looking for good ramen restaurants in Winston Salem. I found out that they had just opened this week, as a big ramen fan I had to try it. They make pretty good ramen.
This might be the best ramen that I’ve had in Winston Salem (I’ve lived in Winston for 10 years) compared to some of the other ramen places here. I think my only complaint is that the pork chashu is a little fattier than I like.
I really like they’re menu and ordering system, Very convenient to place your order on your phone via QR code and they bring it to your seat.

This place is brand new. I’m an avid enjoyer of ramen and this is the best I’ve had in Winston as a resident of twelve years. It’s fairly priced at 16 a bowl which is on par with other ramen joints in the same quality range. So far they only have four ramen bowl options – we have the shoyu and it was divine. The wheat noodles are excellent, allowing the broth to cling to them. You order via QR code and the food is brought to you quickly. It’s convenient to be able to get up and just go when you’re finished with your meal but I can foresee older folks not being able to figure it out lol. We will be back again and tell our friends. It started getting super busy around 12, be prepared to wait in a short line.

Another home run by John Bobby. Chef Brian’s eager and earnest attempt at Japanese ramen shop offerings is exceptional and is batting an average far beyond what North Carolina typically offers. Worth the short wait for a layered and delicious broth and well textured noodles.

It was my first time here and my friend and I were the first customers in for the day. Such a delightful service all around, delicious ramen and a fresh pitcher of water for every person/group. It was such a pleasant experience! I hope this place sticks around and flourishes!

Noodle Ju’B is an oasis in the food desert of Winston. The service was wonderful, the staff is professional, and the food comes out quick and hot! We savored every bite. The vibe is casual but taken up a big notch. It’s not pretentious, but it is super high quality food. You could easily drop in for a quick lunch alone or go here for a date and each would feel appropriate. All of our food was amazing, but the steamed buns were a big highlight for me. Congrats and thank you to the Bobby Boy staff for opening yet another amazing restaurant!
