This KFC location was not busy at all, which made the experience very pleasant. The inside looks newly renovated and is extremely clean. The service was fast with no long wait time, and the fried chicken was crispy, fresh, and delicious. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely come back again!

Coming home from an event and decided to pick up food for dinner. When we pulled up, we were immediately greeted with “hello order whenever ready.” (Awesome! Means they are on point)…..then while ordering silence…after several hellos and “Did you hear me?” We finally got a response of a hello with attitude. My husband said I’m just going to pull up (frustrated with more so the speaker than worker as we all know those things suck). In which worker replied with “for what!?!”. When we pulled to the window, he told us with attitude “I wasn’t talking to you. That’s why you didn’t hear me”. My husband places our order and requests for fresh food and happy to wait for ALL DARK meat. We have absolutely no problems with waiting. Drove home to Fredericksburg to open the bucket to clumped to random pieces of meat. Including three pieces of breast and a lot of pieces I’m not 100% what it is. Upset and annoyed is an understatement. Now I got thee kids crying to eat food that does look appetizing nor edible.

There was a 30 to 40 minute wait for chicken. I guess I have high expectations that they will have their primary food product ready at all times. Food is good but running out of chicken happens frequently. I decided to skip this place and went to another place. My opinion is that their management doesn’t understand that there are two dozen other fast food options, including chicken, in a twenty minute drive.

I used to love KFC, but this location has a lot of work to do. I decided to give it another try against my better judgment after a long time away. I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited about 15 minutes—typical for this location, unfortunately. I ordered the $25 Family Feast for my family, only to reach the window and be asked if I had been told there would be a wait.
I asked how long, and was told 30 minutes. I didn’t have time to sit and wait because I had to pick up my child, so I left and planned to come back later.
About 45 minutes later, I returned. I got back in line and was told there would now be a 13-minute wait. Fine—13 minutes is better than 30. But I still ended up waiting around 20 minutes. And during that time, I watched at least five other cars drive off because of the long wait, which means you’re losing money and frustrating customers.
My issue is this: customer service and preparation need serious improvement. A 30-minute wait on top of 15 just to order is unacceptable. Coming back nearly an hour later and still having a wait is just as bad. Solution post that orders are cooked to order, or advise me at the speak of a wait not after I order and wait until I get to the window to say it.
Please get it together. This shouldn’t be the experience customers have to deal with.

The management of this restaurant is absolutely unacceptable. KFC the brand needs to shut this place down. Dont hire people from local area apparently. The workers don’t care. But for some reason people keep shopping here. Bet if a revival chain moved in this chain would definitely loose business. Can’t say its the economy. People want to spend their hard money.
There is no pride in running a business here. Windows have the same finger prints from a month ago. Obviously no one is cleaning the business. The shift managers obviously have no idea how manage the crew. It’s very inconsistent. There may be one manager that cares. The rest simply don’t.

I haven’t been to a KFC in forever. And today I was in McDonald’s parking lot but didn’t want that again, so I downloaded the app and ordered. The KFC was just across the street so I waited in the designated area until the app said my food was ready. I went inside the newly renovated space and it was gorgeous . So sleek and clean and bright but still warm and inviting. They did a good job.
Staff was cool and my food was coming out as soon as I got to the counter. They were polite and I was in and out.
I got 4pc extra crispy combo with mashed potatoes and gravy, an extra side of mac and cheese and Dr pepper. Their Dr Pepper was a bit less flavorful and strong than the other fast food places in my opinion. The biscuit was ok a bit too thick and Mac and cheese was gloopy (both status quo for KFC so it’s fine).
The chicken was amazing. Super flavorful, but I fortunately the meat was on the dry side for the white meat. But the crunch and flavor was all the way there. Mashed potatoes I feel use to be better but they still were tasty.

Order a 2 pc extra crispy ! Then when got to pay told me they only had thighs and I said I’ll take regular waited 15 mins. Now i remember why I don’t stop at kfc in stafford.

This place has gone downhill….big time. I just spent $64 (and most visits between $70-100) so I expect something to be edible. If food isnt great, i usually still eat it but this time it was GROSS. Im tempted to take it back and tell them they can eat it. Everything clearly sat for a long time and tasted like it. Mash potato poppers tasted like bad oil and i dont think ive ever had a bad biscuit but couldn’t eat that either. This wasn’t an opinion of just 1. The food is getting tossed in the trash. A previous visit where I spend $90, food was cold but at least edible. I waa missing several sides and a bundle cake. I was told they couldn’t refund my money (which they should if I didn’t get what I paid for) but I could get it another day. I asked for it today and was told if its been 30 days I can’t get it. NOONE told me that or I would have. They said sorry can’t give it to you….”its poiicy”. So I paid for something I did not get. Ummm let me tell you something kfc…. I dont care what your policy is. I know what the LAW is and THAT is stealing. The food has been terrible and attitude here is terrible. Surprised this place hasn’t shut down.
