Every visit to this location has always been excellent! Literally always get our order out correctly every single time, hot, fresh, and organized well (as we always have a special order)!! Best Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to!

$4 for these 2 small burnt chicken nuggets/strips. The order comes with cheese and I didn’t even get the cheese. I went at night time around 10-11 pm They always mess up at night. This is not worth $4.

We live in between 2 taco bells, but choose this location. Our orders are always correct and the whole team has great customer service. Tonight especially how this team treated every customer that walked in. I had to get their names. Derrick, Lamarcus, Matt & Christian 5 star service. This location is always very clean

So I took my daughter to Taco Bell at 1:30 am . Only because she just landed from Miami. The worker gave me my food and made a rude comment saying that if he was president he would make sure they closed at 10pm . I said okay. He said so that you’re healthier. Like seriously. That was such a rude comment.

The 3 lady employees during the night shift have bad customer service and made loud comments about my face and making jokes that were rude. The whole time just laughing behind my back. Bad experience! I asked them to also help me with my drink and they didn’t want to help instead for me to do it myself. They all have an atttitude.

First off when you walk in, you’ll stand at the register For a solid 5 to 10 minutes Before somebody will ask you if you are picking up or placing an order. When you reply with I am placing an order, they simply walk away and continue Standing There with their thumb in their mouths, have no common courtesy to tell the customer that you cannot order at the register you have to use kiosks. So The next thing you do is turn around, walk out the door and hit the drive-through. Here’s where it gets better. Now the drive through has this AI voice telling me to place my order. “Can I have 100 tacos please?” Ohhhh boy now you got their attention, now do your job.

Upon entering the manager, Barbie (I keep looking for Ken) tried to force me to use the Kiosk. I am as old as dirt and not good on electronics and told Barbie I wanted to order at the counter. It appeared it angered her even though herself and two others were just standing around; there was only two others in the establishment.
B4 eating I had planned on relieving myself. The restroom was NASTY. Urine all over the toilet and floor. No toilet paper and trash everwhere. Washed my hands and got out of that unsanitary and germ effected area. Came to the dining room and it was also filthy. I told Barbie and she responded condescendingly and unprofessional in behavior.
AVOID This LOCATION!!!

Every time I visit this specific Taco Bell location, the experience is disappointing. The employees consistently act like they don’t want to be there, and the attitude is always negative. There’s no greeting, no smile—just eye rolls, sighs, and a general feeling that customers are an inconvenience. I understand everyone has off days, but this isn’t just once or twice—it’s every single time. If you’re going to work in customer service, at least show a little basic courtesy.
