Drive-through order.

The server provided coffee to me and spilled the hot coffee directly on top of my hand causing burn of my hand. She did not apologize for it.

The cup is so full that it leaks on my cup holder. They didn’t provide a stopper.

I frequently visit this location to order my Matcha latte and coffee service. The staff are aware of my preferences; however, today I provided specific details regarding my Matcha latte, including none sweet milk and fat content. Regrettably, they added sweetener without my consent, prompting me to approach the cashier at the register. I hope that one of the supervisors, a tall white gentleman, was present. He was exceptionally disrespectful in his communication with me and my companion. I may be mistaken about approaching the register, and I was unaware of the proper procedure. He felt the need to raise his voice and was very disrespectful in his manner towards me. Due to this experience, I have decided not to return to this area, even though I reside nearby. This was a disappointing experience, especially considering my previous positive encounters at other Starbucks locations, including those at the airport, where the staff have always been courteous. I am uncertain about the issues that might have caused his behavior, but he was extremely disrespectful.

I was treated absolutely terribly by an employee here named Chris. He had such an attitude when I said my drink was a little watered down. I was very polite and said “hey this drink doesnt taste right its a little more watery than usual” and he looked at me with a nasty face and said “….ok?” And nothing else. I felt really awkward so I just continued to drink it but I shouldn’t have to do that for an almost $7 drink… it should also be noted that he was seen joking around and talking with some of his other coworkers instead of making drinks. At one point I saw him tossing/throwing baked goods on the counter for mobile pick up which I think is rude. Again, this stuff is expensive and it just seems disrespectful to treat people’s food like that. There was also a black haired female wearing a black disposable surgical mask that was just standing there staring at the girl that was working drive through/cashier which is 2 separate jobs, running around like crazy and she didnt even help her. This sweet girl is the one who took my order though and I think her name was Elizabeth? She was running between drive through and the lobby cashier position. I would have asked her to remake my drink but she was already doing the work of 2 people while everyone else was messing around so I just asked someone else. Big mistake I guess.

For years I have been coming to this Starbucks, for the past three years I have worked at a Bank near by. As you can imagine life as a banker means constant coffee. I have along with my team spent countless amounts at this location. They recognize us. Today while waiting on my team to open our financial center. I was in need of using the restroom. As I have many times before trusted that I could go to my local Starbucks. I asked for the door code to the bathroom and was promptly greeted by an employee that at the minimum knows of me as she had worked the Starbucks at least as long as I’ve been in the Bank. I was told I needed to buy something. New store policy to use the restroom. You can imagine I was taken aback. Not only had Starbucks become a place where they don’t welcome use of their lobby as before, but now even the restroom, you could be at the brink of soiling yourself but hold it just enough to buy something. Poor customer service, after this experience I and my team will be taking a hiatus from Starbucks. Maybe this location will close like so many others have.

This is a great Starbucks. They have ample seating indoors and also some outdoor seating.

They have two individual bathrooms, that will need a passcode to get into from one of the employees.

Service was great. I ordered an Ice Coffee which tasted really good.

I came in yesterday employees playing around like kindergarten. Guys and girls touching each other and having AirPods in their ears. I waited in front of the register for 3 minutes and everyone was just looking at me and no acknowledgment. They took my order and my daughter hear the working guy Dan making fun of how we look. This is offending.

I’ve worked at numerous Starbucks locations near the airport and in the DMV area, and I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Despite it not being a busy time, I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through, only to receive the wrong order. The staff seemed more interested in socializing, but I did appreciate the helpfulness of the drive-through attendant. My caramel ribbon crunch drink had to be remade twice, and even then, it was missing the caramel ribbon crunch. Instead of the two espresso shots I paid for, it contained frappe roast. Additionally, my double-smoked bacon sandwich, which I requested without cheese due to an allergy, still had cheese on it. The laughter coming from the back only added to my frustration. Having worked at Starbucks myself, I can easily distinguish between espresso shots and frappe roast. I urge you to provide better training to your crew, as customers are paying for quality products. I will be coming back to see if things changed, but this is not the first accident that has happened and I will be reporting this.

I went there to get my birthday Starbucks coffee. The barista was very friendly and polite. They wrote Happy Birthday on the Starbucks cup!

If you’re in the area and want coffee, this is the place to go to. I’ve been here a few times earlier. The place is very clean, everyone is professional and friendly and treat their customers very well.

I went this morning for Blonde Vanilla Latte Venti, it tastes horrible, no flavor, I promise my self not to go this place anymore!!! I even give them tip for preparing my coffee, it tasted like milk and water I almost vomit!

This is probably one of my favorite Starbucks in the area. While the menu is the same it’s the people who work there that are so wonderful. Atiya is the absolute sweetest person. She truly takes the time to connect with the customers even outside of the store when she’s out in the community and you can tell that’s who she genuinely is. It’s not often you meet people like that and as long as she’s working there I will definitely be coming back.
