Ordered a tall caramel Frappuccino made with oat milk and no whipped cream through the drive-through told them it was not right. They took it back, scraped off the whipped cream, added caramel on top and gave it back. Never had this happen before, but in my opinion, they should not have a job if they can’t even remake a drink. I was not being difficult. I just informed them that the drink was not correct.

I went ahead and tried the protein no sugar added sf vanilla iced latte. I have to admit, it is really good definitely worth trying, especially if you need that kick of protein for your day!

There’s not much to tell. It’s a Starbucks. The team here is great and, of course they brew awesome coffee. I tried the 1971 roast. It’s fantastic!

I am usually satisfied with Starbucks but I have notice the last couple times the large latte doesn’t fill the large cup. I think they are skimping on the steamed milk…hope they start doing better.

The line here is usually EXTREMELY long. Somehow they still manage to get through it fairly quickly though! The refresher drinks are incredible and taste very fresh! My wife loves all of the coffee drinks. She also loves the spinach, feta, and egg wrap.

Friendly staff who make an effort to say hello and chat when they can. Now they have the Clover Press for all “drip” coffees which is awesome- better flavor, always hot. I’ll keep coming back!

Staff noticed me waiting to order and due to the line said they would be right with me. I don’t think staff members tend to realize how much patience that gives a guest because they know that they are seen and the people are friendly. After a minute they came and took my order with a smile, gave it to me with an upbeat attitude, and told me to have a good day as I walked out the door. Good job with customer service and satisfaction!

It’s new to Huntington, but I am not new to Starbucks! It’s the kind of place you come for the coffee, but then choose to linger longer for the lemon bread.
