Normally we like this location but today was awful.
The lady taking our order was very rude to the point I wanted to drive off. She rushed us when taking the order we didn’t even finish what we were ordering and she had already gave us the total and sent us on our way. I would understand if we were taking a while or was rude back but the fact that we didn’t take long was pretty frustrating. Also when I asked for the name one of the ladies asked why I told her why and she said she wouldn’t give me the girls name but she’d give me hers. She was also rude. Her name was Ashley very poor service. Which I guess I kinda should’ve expected it from McDonalds. The other girl that originally took our order I didn’t her name but she had glasses and dark hair. As we drove off she looked at me smirked then through up a peace sign like she got away with what she did.
Really people. Really. I won’t be coming back and we give these people a lot of service.

Melanie went above and beyond to help me learn how to use the ordering kiosk. She explained it,showed me how to download the McDonald’s app,she walked me through the steps start to finish. She was super friendly, and she came by our table to check on us to see if we needed a drink refill or if we were happy with our food. Every McDonald’s needs a “Melanie” we’ll be stopping by again every time we go to Fayetteville.

I am sick and tired of trying to get a coffee in the afternoon and the excuses it’s down. Coffee pots don’t go down and if you have to clean it, you’re talking about a couple minutes. I would advise everybody to avoid the coffee situation altogether because there is some stigma that coffee must be drank In the morning. If this is some kind of problem, I’m sure the countless meetings before they introduced. This could have fixed this simple problem by having two different stations for it. That way when you must do whatever magic trick you do to the one coffee machine the other one is still up and running.

To the manager on shift around 1:20 pm on Nov 2nd, thank you for all that you did to remedy my issue. I had a quarter pounder earlier in the day through drive through that was cold and you got me a new one that was fresh later on when I could pick up again. Even though it was crazy hectic and it took awhile, you got it resolved and even gave me a free pie without me asking, thank you.

Worst. Location. Ever. It’s literally 7 extra minutes to the MLK and I suggest you take it. I live just down the street from this location and the gas station it’s in, sadly I avoid them both like the plague. Tonight, my wife and I were tired and figured we’d give them another try. The food was literally room temp, items were not made correctly and I was once again charged for things I didn’t even get, as usual. Even tried the app this time, still got the wrong order. I was raised in Greenland, graduated just down the road, and this place is an embarrassment to our town. Oh and the snack wrap coming back looks like this…. (It would be funny if it weren’t such a embarrassment)

Terrible location. I know McDonald’s isn’t the healthiest but my goodness they cannot get a simple order right. The quarter lb didnt come with cheese or pickles and they forgot two large fries, you know, the one that comes with the meal…I then ask for ketchup and the lady says it doesn’t make it in the bag if its not on the order. Well I guess the fries don’t either and I had those on my order. Drive past this location, don’t stop, keep driving. Don’t try to win me back over with your replies either Mcds. Don’t say you’re going to do something, just do it.

They got my order wrong. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle instead they gave me the sausage biscuit. And since I drive a truck, and open it up 10 miles down the road… No sense in going back. Everything was cold and stale, and I won’t be going back.
However, the lady that was working the front counter was very nice. She was helping other customers with the kiosk, and her customer service was spot on. It’s an absolute delight watching her help customers and be truly engaged. That woman needs a raise.

This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever stopped at. My whole order was wrong the manager got an attitude like it was my fault. Took my sandwich and just had someone throw the toppings on it.. looks like crap.

HORRIBLE. I keep going back because it’s close to my home but I’ll just make the drive somewhere else next time. 45 minutes in the drive thru line, and if I hadn’t already ordered on the app I would’ve just left then. The order wasn’t right, and when I told them the order wasn’t right (I just needed a happy meal and a chocolate milk) they shut the window and never came back. The staff were on their phones and were rude from the get-go.
