Avoid this location- the worst kind of people work here.. Disgustingly mean for no reason to customers. I placed a small online order an hour ahead of time. Came on-time to pick up the order and 1 pizza was overlooked and not prepared. I asked for the order that was ready and to be credited back for the pizza they forgot to make after waiting an additional 15 minutes. An older lady yells out for me to hear that, I shouldn’t order a pizza if I can’t wait. And that she will not be giving me back my money for the pizza she mistakenly forgot to prepare. The problem is I placed an order ahead of time because I was on a time crunch, I too have a job that I need to keep so I don’t have the luxury of waiting for you to fix your mistakes but I offered a solution to be refunded. I work for a school and have a short break period to pick up this order before I have a class. I reward the kids with pizza parties and this is the only location in the area. Guess what, this manager is now the reason these kids who some come from poor households or don’t get and look forward to having Pizza parties to be acknowledged and celebrated for their individual accomplishments won’t get pizza because I refuse to be spoken to disrespectfully and I was never rude or gave her a reason to be a horrible person. Now imagine the disappointment i just witnessed when i told my 5th grade classes that we won’t be able to celebrate their achievements with pizza anymore until I find an alternative.

I meant to leave this review a few days ago but it slipped my mind. I ordered my pizza and cinnamon sticks in person and got it very fast and it was fresh.
The young lady that took my order was so cool and she was on point. This Pizza Hut has definitely improved. Keep this staff because they are a lot better than the previous folks. I’ll be going back for sure!!

I wanted to take the time out and thank Ms. Shirley so much for her great customer service yesterday. She was extremely nice and real sweet to me. My food was so good 10 outta 10, she the reason I’m start back coming to Pizza Hut. I haven’t ate Pizza Hut in 2years now. Thank you Ms. Shirley I really appreciate you I will be returning back soon. Whoever her manager is y’all need to give my girl a raise. Also the store was very clean keep it up you guy’s, great work.

I ordered online and called in to verify the coupon. Upon arrival, I was told I couldn’t use the coupon because I had added sauteed onions! The crust was underdone, the bell peppers were overcooked, and the cheese wasn’t completely melted on the pizza!

I’m trying to be fair here. But the wait time for carry out has been consistently bad. I order online and get an email telling me it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. I get there and the room is crowded. After waiting another 15 minutes I talk to the cashier, give her my name and ticket number and she tells me they hadn’t started on it yet. Not the 1st time it’s happened. Maybe you shouldhave that online timer set longer than 20 minutes.

This pizza hut has improved so much from a few years ago. I been coming for a few years now and I can honestly say this crew rocks!! I only get a chance to come during lunch hour because of my job and let me just say the 2 ladies that works during the week during lunch hour they know exactly what they are doing. I always place my order online for time sakes and every time I arrive for pick up it’s always hot and ready and with great customer service. They ladies are always smiling and joking with customers and we have some good clean customers conversations. This store is a whole vibe. Thanks ladies I’ll be back soon!!

i literally just never got my pizza lol. i was told they were backed up (which is understandable), but it’s the next day now. and i have to wait until nearly the end of the day to get a refund because the GM isn’t there. i tried getting one yesterday, but it was the same issue. idk if my lost pizza is a pizza hut issue or a delivery driver issue, but pizza hut (like the company itself, not this store) needs to improve their delivery tracking service.

So I stopped ordering from here because they could NEVER get my order right dispute ordering online however I decided to give pizza hut another chance because I ♥️ their pizza, my husband went there to get our online order tonight and it was literally the best pizza I have ever had!
