It was definitely amazing! It’s a poke based restaurant but do not skip out on trying other food items in the menu. I got a classic shrimp tempura and an egg spam mustubi and gosh was it delicious! The purple rice definitely made it 10x better. It’s tucked away but not easy to miss! Definitely a go to for the locals. Wish I had a better picture of the sushi but it was just that good! So flavorful and warm, the tempura was definitely fresh and hot! Would come here again. The staff was so nice too!

Incredible, high quality, fresh rolls. Their service was of utmost quality and so was the general feel of the place. As most people order online or takeout, I had the chance to review the food after it was made, to which I will describe:
The fish was fresh and “had bite”, while the rice was cooked perfectly to the point where they weren’t mushy but slightly soft, with the whole grains sprinkled throughout gave it a refreshing texture. The sauces, while not incredibly unique, were not under-used, and the flavor profile of the five rolls we tried were all distinct and aromic.
The only issue I’d say I had was the wasabi was strangely mild, a good lather of it on a roll had little to no spice strenth, while a singular slice of jalapeno had given the roll quite a punch.

WOW! Amazing little shop with even more AMAZING food! Had the Superman Burrito and Old Pa Musubi and both were out of this world. Super fresh and so tasty. This is my first time trying this place and it blew me away. I will be coming back with out a doubt. Keep up the great work Straycat team!

Very fresh sushi, tasted amazing. They were super busy with delivery orders on a Monday at 6pm but it was worth the wait & we were comfortable waiting at a table inside while our rolls were made. Took our food right to the One Colorado courtyard where there are usually plenty of clean tables to pick from. Great experience… we’ll be back!

Roll Factory does a lot of things right, but it’s the purple rice that sets the tone—its their signature unique touch. The fish is consistently fresh, cut clean, handled with care.
There’s a wide range of sauces, but the Truffle Ponzu is the standout—rich, bright, and surprisingly restrained.
It’s not the flashiest poke in LA, but it might be the best. Thoughtful, unfussy, and deeply satisfying.
