We hadn’t been to Mr Gatti’s in a long time, but, we were fortunate enough to visit twice recently to this Allen location. I must say, wow! Their incredible service really stands out. We were instantly greeted upon arrival and it felt like we were being treated like royalty while there. The staff are very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our expectations were exceeded. As always, the pizza is excellent. The second visit was just as pleasant as the first. Seriously, folks, this is a great experience. You leave smiling, feeling good and enjoying some of the best pizza around. We will definitely continue visiting on a regular basis now.

As mentioned by a previous review, the service at this location is exceptional. So mush so, I’m taking the to brag about it in this review. My husband and I happened to be in the neighborhood on a Sunday afternoon, craving a classic take out pizza but have had a hard time finding anything worth writing home about. When I realized a Mr. Gatti’s was nearby, I was excited to revisit a childhood favorite. What a lovely surprise! The kind, attentive service was as nastalgic as the pizza. The gentleman at the counter was so welcoming and offered to deliver our pizza to our car as we waited. The pizza was delicious! The buttery, flaky, crust is what I’ve been missing from the other pizza joints in the area. All the ingredients were fresh and perfectly portioned while their sauce really stood out, perfectly seasoned with a little spice. We wish we lived closer for delivery but will definitely make the drive from this point forward. I hope they continue to receive well deserved support and patronship from the community. Great job, Mr. Gatti’s! You’re a gem!!

Kind of became obsessed with this place, I started to just think I didn’t like pizza anymore but then I found this place an I’m amazed at how good this pizza is! The crust is just perfect flavor and texture and the load on the toppings. Its a great deal and the service is so great, we feel so welcomed as soon as we walk in. Reminds me of small town Allen like it used to be.
