Go to Eegees instead
We walked in and saw that all of the tables were dirty The trash was overflowing. So we got our order to go. We got two regular sandwiches and the kids meal. We did not receive a bag. Staff was not particularly rude, but Definitely not friendly And welcoming.
And instead of ordering at the register, you go to the other side of the counter where your order gets written down on a paper that you bring to the register Definitely not efficient. Then your sandwich is made and they ask you what you want on it so you have to order for a second time.
Food is extremely overpriced It’s like an expensive Jimmy John’s except they slice the meat in front of you The meat and cheese Slices are exceptionally thin Couldn’t even taste the cheese. Bottom of the breads were covered in cornmeal super Disgusting. So much oil and vinegar made the sandwich is really soggy and the top bread and bottom bread are not connected, So it’s just a mess .Lettuce was Extremely thinly shredded As well as the onions Couldn’t even tell they were there. It tasted likeIt was just a soggy bread with cornmeal and lettuce. Super disappointed in the whole Jersey Mike’s experience we Will not be returning

I am a dedicated Jersey Mike’s fan been eating them across the valley for years. The casa grande location is the worst one I’ve ever gone to. The food is cold, the people cooking the meat can’t wait to get it on and off the grill. We were so excited to get a Jersey Mikes in casa grande and unfortunately if whomever is responsible for the success of this location should reevaluate the staff with better training. A cheessteak should never leave cold. Its happened 3 times here. Never anywhere else.

As a Chicago native, where we love our wet Italian beef’s, I also enjoy my subs the same. I’ll give 4 stars for taste; not a 5 due to not making the sub the way I requested with EXTRA MAYO, EXTRA MUSTARD, EXTRA OIL AND VINEGAR.

Everyone doesn’t eat their food the same, but if a customer such as myself asks for these things, it’s because that’s what I want and enjoy.

I had to doctor my sandwich up after receiving, due to the missing Mayo and mustard.

Just work on following the customer request.

This is like the fourth In two weeks that I’ve been getting Cheesesteaks and they’re always right on point so keep doing a great job on that. They’re really good.
Also, I appreciate that I was coming in almost 8:50 twice already and they’ve still wanted to make me the sandwich which I know they were cleaning up, but that’s awesome so just to let you know I appreciate it and for anybody looking at this up from Philly and their Cheesesteaks are right on the money.

I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Daniel. I called in to place an order for some subs for a friend, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He took my order with zero hassle, was really kind, and even helped suggest the best meal and sub options along with assorted chips. Super informative, patient, and made the whole process smooth.

He’s also taking care of the delivery, which I really appreciate. Overall, great service — Daniel went above and beyond.

Delicious Sub. Just a little to much oil on it. I used the napkins provided and then I had to bust out my own napkins at my desk. Don’t get me wrong it was good just the bread was a little soggy due to the over use of oil.

Finally… It’s open! I’ve been waiting to not have to drive to Chandler to eat… Today was either the first or second day it was open and the staff was friendly, super organized, looks like the entire city was on staff, I just hope that these are the Employees that are going to stay and they’re not just there for training!

It’s been like 6 months since I’ve eaten there due to bad food. I ordered a #16 today and surprisingly they gave me the wrong bread wow. Eaten there 3 times and two of the times my order was wrong or bad

$20 for the same size sub that costs $7 at Safeway? Add your own condiments and they taste about the same. Is that a comparison? $20 vs $7? I don’t think it is. I broke the bank for two sandwiches costing just over $40 and meh. Never again unless Danny DeVito is there personally to make it for me and amuse me while I eat it.
