This food was absolutely atrocious. I must’ve been in line for 25 minutes waiting for my meal when I receive it. The chicken is barely cooked. Very rubbery. Felt like I was eating a rubber band. The lady at the window was very rude. Impractically told me that I just shouldn’t be coming close to close. If this is what I didn’t wanna deal with I do not recommend absolutely nasty.

Probably the nicest fast food place I’ve ever been to. My salad had some wilted lettuce mixed in with fresh lettuce, but for the most part the salad was delicious. The combo plates are on the small size while my salad was huge!

I come to this Zaxbys all the time seeing as I work on 192 and I usually have a great experience but today.. not so great. I opened up my BBQ chicken sandwich and there was a dab of bbq I’ll let the picture speak for itself. You may as well not put any bbq on the sandwich at this point. Please do better about sauces Zaxbys no other drive through restaurant seems to have this issue but y’all.

My jaw dropped after getting home and opening up our “big zax snak meal” only find that these chicken fingers were so incredibly small compared to what the actual advertised image shows! With each meal costing us $10.09, I am incredibly disappointed and feel very taken advantage of as a customer. I have bought this meal many times before and they have been a decent size comparatively speaking.

What an absolute disgrace this place is with their night staff. There is no way any business owner can be okay with that poor level of service delivery. I doubt it, but I truly wish the owner sees this and actually investigate.

The food was so nasty, I threw it in the trash. Stomach hurts after eating food. The chicken fingers tasted like they were fried in old grease. This company needs to be shut down . Chick fil A is sooo much better. Stay away. I want my $11 back. What a slop joint

Was at the drive thru and couldn’t even get to order because it took forever. ended up leaving and not ordering. Another car behind mine ended up doing the same thing. First and last time visiting this location.
