This place needs to have their oven checked. Either the temperature is too high or the belt is too slow. Literally everything I ordered is over cooked. When stuff comes out of the oven black or dried out I think I would question if something is wrong with the oven. If I didn’t live so far from this location I definitely would have this remade. Definitely won’t order here again but it was on the way home. Will stick to the Wealthy location closer to the house.
And upon eating yeah everyone said why is this so over cooked.
No one was a fan of the veggie pasta. Firstly I didn’t know it was the “sweet” marinara and it was weird having over cooked veggies from the top and raw veggies from the bottom mixing in a bite. The cheese sticks tasted like actual sticks and the thin crust pizza tasted like cardboard dusted with their new seasoning. The chicken Alfredo she just said that it was over baked.

Kids review: There was a lot of cheese. Very filling. Minimal sauce. The box design has been the same for 35 years. It smells good.
Gotta love kids who want to be like dad, giving reviews.
That said, we ordered two personal pans. They were fast and friendly with the kids as they picked them up.
The cheese one was indeed pretty heavy on the cheese and he did pick some of it off. They were both counting on eating more after, but they were both quite full after the personal pans.
Ordered on a Monday at 4:32 PM and picked up at 4:46 PM, earlier than the 15 minute estimated time and it was ready.

If your dough looks like this, it’s not fresh it’s OLD dough. Pizza Hut has a practice where they keep timers on their dough but don’t properly dispose of or prep new dough for the day. They prep everything in the morning and call it good for the day, even though it isn’t. This pizza hut in particular the manager didn’t replace my old dough pizza or try to make it better in any way. Just told me that the dough was made this morning and that’s it. She made me have to accept it with her illogical sense of doughkeeping. Disgraceful and disgusting.

The pizza was by far the best out of the three pizza joints that I have tried. The boneless wings were exceptional. They were still crunchy when they arrived. I didn’t really care for the bread sticks or the dipping sauce(garlic). The sauce had the consistency and flavor of melted butter, which I found weird. Service was fast and courteous. The driver even called me when he arrived, which was great. Overall, it was a great experience.

Ordered a pizza and some wings from here to watch the nfl playoff games this past weekend and the wings were great but the pizza appeared to be missing a large portion of crust in the center? I don’t really know what happened but I’ve worked in a pizza place in the passed and this pizza would’ve been remade the second it came out the oven like this. Not really sure what happened. We ate half because we were hungry and threw the other half out. Like I said the wings were great. The guy in the drive through was fantastic also, didn’t catch his name but he was incredibly nice.

Offered no deals on just plain pizza. They got deals of every other kind of food. I want Pizza, from Pizza Hut. Every deal requires a topping. Plain Pizza with extra cheese is super expensive. I can get a 16 inch, extra cheese from other places for 17 dollars. Pizza Hut it costs 16 for a 14 inch pizza with extra cheese, pan. Other pizza hut franchises have 9.99 deals on large pizza. Not here. Doesn’t carry New Yorker either. Not everybody likes toppings and not everybody want to pay a premium for just a plain ole cheese pizza.

I ordered stuff crust pizza and wings from the deals meals menu for $19.99 late last night before closing. All I wanted was chicken and pineapples added to my pizza…I picked up my order five minutes into the drive I opened the box my pizza had the wrong toppings..I tried calling back but no answer..so today I called to tell them about my pizza that I didn’t eat at all.. could you believe the manager had an attitude about refunding my order…I don’t want any credit I just want my refund.you can have this pizza back..very poor customer service skills…I want be spending anymore money at that location…the cashier who took my order should also get an hearing aid..why would I request for something I don’t eat…make that make sense…

Ordered food from the alpine locations today, 10/26. One of the items being their boneless wings. When I went to bite into the chicken it was completely RAW! Will not be going back to this location ever.
