The employees were cool. Low energy, but helpful. The amenities at this location are great the covered seating the abundance of benches the fence. The physical location is fantastic.
However, this location lacks heavily in the flavor department. My Home brusters location has twice the amount of flavors available than whats offered here. I was surprised that the employee told me that the entire month of December. They did not make the gingerbread flavor yet it was advertised on the window, but they just put a sticky note over that said it was not available . I’ll keep it short and just say whoever determines the ice cream to be made needs to visit other locations and see what they are up against. I do not plan to return to this location anytime soon even though it’s right by a friend‘s house I will choose a location that I know has a better flavor selection and puts more effort into their flavor selection. I was so flabbergasted by the lack of flavors. I almost took a picture. I thought about it twice, maybe I should have haha. Hopefully the owners and managers see this and take action. I do not feel like the Brewsters franchise would be very excited to see the lack of flavor choices considering Brusters advertises 150 flavors.

The ice cream here is so creamy, fresh and delicious! Some of the products are Kosher. I ordered the White Turtle ice cream in a waffle cone. The customer service is always great and they serve you with a smile!

The writing on our son’s birthday cake is atrocious. The employee who wrote it clearly doesn’t know how to spell or capitalize a person’s name, and the letters are all over the place. I wish I could post a photo of the cake it’s the worst I’ve ever seen. Had I been the one to pick it up, I would have immediately asked for a new cake. It looks like a two-year-old wrote it. Very disappointed. $52 wasted.

I love Bruster’s in general & to find one with a drive-thru was a 1st for me. My only “complaint” is that I don’t have a Bruster’s drive-thru closer to me! 😀

On August 26 around 6 PM, I went to this ice cream shop with my two kids. The staff was very rude and didn’t really listen to what we wanted. She seemed extremely impatient. It was a very young girl, probably new to the job and just working part-time. But the first lesson in any job should be learning to respect people from different cultural backgrounds.

Bad experience all around, didn’t have the first two flavors we asked for, my chocolate milkshake tasted like it was from McDonald’s- made with vanilla soft serve and chocolate sauce. Which, some people like, but I don’t, and certainly don’t pay $9 for them to be made like that.
And the cherry on top- there was a giant hair found in the other ice cream scoop (which was also melted and foamy) we ordered. See photo.
I used to love Brusters so I don’t know if this location is under new management or hired new employees or what but gross, stay away.

I ordered throught the drive through, valentina wasn’t very kind and the other worker wasn’t either. I got my fudge sunday half way. And my sister got chocolate on her banana split after we asked for none.

My husband and I go here often. After 2 visits and a rude encounter with the Asian female owner, we’re not going to be returning. She is cold, callous and rude. She will not smile and has zero customer service. Not friendly at all. If you see her, just get back in your car and go elsewhere. Her energy is terrible and will stick to you the rest of the day.

Good ice cream! Nice and creamy and tonight’s mint chocolate chip had a lot of chips in it. And they gave me lots of cherries like I asked for. The young guy at the window this evening was super personable and made us laugh! Always a great late night treat.
