Pros: really nice people working compared to most Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to.
Cons: I feel like for as many people that is there, most don’t know what’s going on or what they are doing. They should be faster and more organized. I usually do an online order and put it in within 3 miles and they still don’t have anything ready by the time I get there. And this makes twice I’ve wanted a Bavarian donut and got icing instead. My heart is broken after anticipating a Bavarian. I think this place will do really well once the staff is more organized. I’m still going to come here even if I have to wait because of the nice people and it’s my favorite coffee shop.

I swear this place is either right on top of it or they’re scraping from the bottom of the barrel with workers. One day I’ll order my coffee and it’ll be perfect. The next I’ll order it and it’ll be completely messed up. Today I ordered my coffee and ended up with cold foam on top. Nowhere on my ticket does it say cold foam. I’ve been given Iced coffee before when what I order is a frozen coffee.

Yay!!!! Burnt toast for the 3rd time. It’s so good, said Noone ever!!!! Would you want to eat burnt toast? I was 20 minutes down the road before I realized and wasnt back-tracking today. Anyways I also ordered a half dozen donuts and one was supposed to be strawberry iced with sprinkles and to my surprise- no sprinkles!!! I can understand it could have been easily missed but the burnt toast again….Do better DD Employees. NO MORE BURNT TOAST!

I’ve gave this dunkin an honest try on numerous occasions. I’ve tried different coffee combos & even different food options. I understood the grand opening & having some hiccups to work thru. HOWEVER today was probably my last visit to this location. I placed a mobile order today. Needed a little pick me up. Ordered a strawberry sprinkle donut, only to receive it & it’s face down in the bag. No sprinkles barely any icing. I mean how hard is it to use basic common sense? I could understand my coffee being wrong or one thing about it wrong. When a location messes something up consistently since opening there needs to be a reevaluation on employees training. As an ex barista I know how thorough training is, this is either a failure on corporate or your staff. Do better & be better!

I live 24 miles away and my husband stops on his way home from work it’s not like we can just run back. I tried to call 3 times this evening and they didn’t bother to answer the phone. Order a large coffee would not give me a hot refill. There was grounds in the cup that I poured into my mug. Need another two or 3 ounces of coffee to fill it up. She wanted to charge me for a whole milk cup. This place sucks everybody stay away.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a dozen assorted donuts and a pack of 10 munchkins. Get 30 minutes down the road to my destination, open the box and my “assorted” donuts are 4 each of 3 varieties and no filled donuts. Besides being all just plain old donuts… they were actually old! They were hard, dry and stale. The munchkins were wet and flavorless. I usually love Dunkin’, but thinking this location is a miss.

topped in to satisfy a sweet tooth. Ordered a large matcha and a powdered donut. The matcha had so much ice I drank the drink in 6 gulps and a Lg cup is huge. So I pretty much paid for a cup of ice and sip of matcha. The donut had to be at least a few days old. It was hard and stale. Would’ve took it back but was already up the road. Also when I asked if they had banana cold foam the male worker looked at me like I was dumb and replied “uh no” with tons of attitude. The first time I stopped in there a month ago my drink wasn’t good but figured I’d give it another try. Won’t be back

Stopped in there at 8.15 am with a bus of 20 girls. They had us in and out with zero mistakes with our orders in about 20 minutes. They had plenty of staff and all were very nice and polite.
