Famous bowl spicy version was not so bad. Feels a bit heavy but if the goal is filling then it gets it done. I’d rate it a medium spicy and perhaps would be great without corn and more chicken. But for $7.99, it’s a bargain

This was the WORST experience I have ever had from KFC. I get it, it’s fast food, it’s cheap and I shouldn’t have high expectations. But this trip has been a very thorough disappointment. I go to the lobby to order and it seems that nobody was really paying attention to doing their job. The employee completely walked away after taking the order of the person in front of me so I had to sit and wait for somebody to actually care enough to come back around. Then they weren’t really paying attention while I was ordering. I go to fill my drink, slip and almost fall because the floor was soaked from them mopping the floor. No wet floor sign in sight. Get home and try to eat the food. My mom found a bone in her pot pie, the mac and cheese looked like it was scraped from the bottom of a burnt and dry container, the fries were old and cold, and the chicken tasted extremely peppery, old, and like it was fried twice. It literally looks the wrong color. This place needs new management if they’re serving food this disgusting.

This location apparently can’t tell the difference between a thigh and a breast, misses items on the order and when customer calls to complain tells you “I bagged up that order and I know it was correct” (so, calling your customer a liar when they call to complain?) Then hangs up on customer! Won’t be back….Popeyes from now on!

I went to KFC thinking, “Hey, I need something hearty and affordable all while being cost effective.” So I went to this location. The service was great! The food ……well, how can I now say that California outshines the Midwest with chicken?! I had 5 tiny little not even nuggets of chicken, and now I’m sitting here thinking “KFC.. who hurt you? Why do you hate me?” There used to be so much love, and chicken in these bowls, but now I feel nothing but disdain and hate from you? I need you to make this right and stop treating me like that cousin you’re jealous of. Do better.

P.s.
My soul is weeping. Where tf is the cheese?! How dare you…. but like -to your credit. Since I am not a monster, I will say there was enough gravy, potatoes, and corn. To whoever made this, I hope your day gets better and that the world treats you better than you have treated me.

I dined in with my 2 boys and our nanny for my son’s 8th birthday. KFC was his #1 choice for his birthday lunch! The 3 of them arrived a little before me and ordered, and when I arrived they were happily getting their drinks. A woman who appeared to be a manager took my order and was super friendly and gave me a tip to save a little money with their Tuesday special. When I told her it was my son’s birthday, she made sure to include a chocolate Bundt cake with his lunch. The restaurant was clean and food was great. We order Sunday chicken take out a few times/year from here but I’ve never dined in. This manager really made our experience a really positive one and you could tell she had a lot of pride in her restaurant. We will be back!!!

I went to 3945 Red Bank Rd. I gave a very simple order but they could not communicate to save their lives. They all kept telling me different things. And to top it off, they shorted me a piece of chicken so I had to go back through again. The manager tried to blame the new guy for it because it’s his first day, but I could see that she was standing there watch him make the order. This kind of sloppiness, dishonesty, and refusal by your manager to take responsibility is unacceptable. It will he a very long time, if ever, before I go back there again.
