I am writing this review to share my wonderful experience with Carrabba’s Italian Grill regarding a Meet and Greet I hosted on February 13th.2026
With 60 guests to accommodate, I was initially quite overwhelmed. However, the Assistant Manager Breanna was absolutely incredible from start to finish, helping me plan and organize every detail leading up to the event.
I also want to specifically commend the four servers who assisted us: Stashia, Jose, Anthony, and Mark. Their professionalism was beyond expectations. They were extremely polite and handled a large party with ease. Many of my guests commented on how perfect the service was and how friendly and professional the staff remained throughout the night.
the food was excellent and every guest mentioned how much they enjoyed their meal. I truly thank the team from the bottom of my heart; I was worried about the event turning out right, and they went above and beyond to ensure it was a success.
I would certainly choose this team to host any of my future events. Please ensure these individuals are recognized for their outstanding hard work.

Do yourself a favor and ask for Anthony – server pictured with our family! Fantastic server with a great attitude and accommodating service.
The food was carefully prepared and artfully presented. Best chicken Parmesan I’ve tasted in years – even better than some artisan Italian places I have visited.
Wine selection was good. And this brand new location did an amazing job helping us to celebrate the gender reveal of our second grand baby on our son’s second anniversary.
With no notice, the kitchen managed to inject cheesecake with a pink filling to make the reveal a surprise success! Kudos to assistant manager Victoria Sass and the kitchen for making this happen with absolutely no notice – walked in off the street.
Do yourself a favor and grab a seat! Food is divine and the coffee was amazing. Secret hack – ask for the heavy whipping cream to be brought for the coffee instead of the half & half – soooo much better!

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner here last night, especially their Filet and Shrimp Toscana! The steak was so tender it melted in my mouth, and the shrimp was incredibly flavorful! The Caesar salad on the side was the best I’ve ever had, and the complimentary bread was hot and delicious. The pomegranate martini and red sangria had great flavor. Our server, Jason, was extremely attentive and friendly, delivering excellent service. Overall, this restaurant is definitely worth returning to.

The staff are exceptionally attentive and noticeably teaming up on all clients. Constantly checked up on us and our main server, Antonio, opened up by calling us “family”, which immediately made us feel welcomed and at home. Food as usual is great and the ambience is so inviting. The welcome wine tasting is always a plus which introduced us to featured wine of the day. Will definitely come back to this branch. Hope they maintain this quality of service and food.

We visited the new Carrabba’s that opened just about a week ago and let me tell you..what a beautiful space! The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and stylish, and from the moment we walked in, customer service was top notch.
Our server, Mandy, was phenomenal. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and so helpful when recommending menu items. Right away she asked if we had any allergies something many places overlook. It truly felt like they cared from the very start.
We enjoyed the Chicken Bryan and the Tuscan Grilled Ribeye. The steak was unbelievably delicious…perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked exactly how we ordered it. The Chicken Bryan never disappoints, full of flavor with that signature tangy lemon butter sauce.
I also have to highlight my all time favorite: Mama Mandola’s Sicilian Chicken Soup. It was absolutely outstanding…rich, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. And of course, the complimentary bread dipped into olive oil with herbs was beyond delicious… I could honestly make a meal out of that alone!
Everyone we encountered smiled, was polite, and made us feel welcomed something you don’t always get everywhere. It truly made our experience even better.

Stacie was amazing, very kind and very attentive. She made our lunch very enjoyable. The manager came to our table and made sure everything was great. The quality of the food is unmatched. Nothing tastes processed everything feels like my grandma cooked it. I will definitely be coming back.

Hadn’t been to a Carrabba’s in many years, and that in New York, but we had a good time tonight. Our server, Marcaysh, was excellent, great personality and very attentive without being overbearing and was quite familiar with the happy hour offerings and the menu. I got a pint of draft Peroni for $3 which is hard to beat. Prices were reasonable for the quantity and quality. Decor is quite different than I remember, either updated or fundamentally different in Florida and I prefer the new look, modern clean lines and very bright. My only feedback preventing a full five stars for food was the sodium. Those sensitive to it in high quantities should be selective in their choices, but that seems to be thematic at every chain restaurant in this country, so I knew what I was getting into. That aside, it was a great experience.

I’ve been to many Carrabba’s restaurants for a variety of celebrations, but this one absolutely tops them all! The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. The decor was fabulous, and everything was pristine. The food was so so delicious!
Our server, Kamila was wonderful, and she made our experience very special.
The host was fantastic as well, we didn’t catch his name, but he was welcoming and very accommodating. Thank you to her and everyone that was there last night!

and olive oil. The bread was fresh and soft, delish! For drinks, we ordered a bottle of Daou, our standard order for red wine. For appetizer we ordered the meatballs and ricotta. The sauce was delicious and the meatballs were decently tender and had a good flavor. Our meals both came with soup or salad, we both started with salad. My husband ordered the house Parmesan cream dressing and I ordered the Italian dressing. The salads were typical house salads, but fresh and delicious. For entree, my husband ordered the filet mignon with sides of garlic mashed potatoes and fettuccini Alfredo. He really enjoyed his meal and his steak was very tender and well seasoned! We both thought the steak was reminiscent of Flemings. For my entree, I ordered the chicken Marsala with fettuccini on the side. The chicken breast was moist and the sauce was flavorful! The fettuccini Alfredo was great! We loved the thin, chewy pasta texture and the sauce was light and tasty! We cannot wait to come back soon!

Went here tonight with my daughters and everything was perfect. Colleen, the hostess, was so sweet and greeted us at the door and seated us at our table. We also had a the best waitress, Mandy, who was very attentive and accommodating. All the food we had was amazing. Some of our dishes included the calamari, chicken soup, the filet, and cannoli cake.
