Best kept secret for Pho! Mr Lee and his team cooks it right! May take a bit to receive your food, but it is DONE RIGHT! My go to is the 5 spice chicken and Siagon Trio! The special beef Pho is what my husband always gets!!! Photos are of Special Beef Pho and Filet Oscar style

I had the beef pho here today and it was outstanding. Easily some of the best pho I have ever had. The broth tasted genuinely homemade, rich and balanced, the vegetables were very fresh, and the beef was excellent quality and cooked perfectly.

They were clearly short staffed and very busy during lunch, but that honestly made the experience even more impressive. Despite things being less than ideal operationally, the service never felt rushed or careless. Our waiter was friendly, accommodating, and professional. You could tell he was experienced and knew how to keep things running smoothly under pressure.

I love discovering a restaurant on a day when things are not perfect, yet the food and the people still shine. That is when you know it is the real thing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was exceptional, and the service made us feel genuinely taken care of.

I cannot recommend Saigon Paris Bistro highly enough. I will absolutely be back

Great place! Food was awesome! We got Pho. This place has a variety of options between Vietnamese and French Cuisine. We plan to come back to try the French side of the menu. During our visit they had 1 server and 1 cook so the food service was just over 45mins. The place was very busy. It was worth the wait! The location decor is dated and could use a face-lift. Our server was great! He was handling 9 tables at once. If your in the area the food makes this a place to check out!

Quaint little restaurant. Excellent Pho and Pho supreme. Egg rolls crispy and not greasy. Very fresh food. The waiter was excellent. Atmosphere very homey. Mostly seniors out for a Saturday lunch. The only complaint we had was the credit card service charge.

We had a delightful dinner there, enjoying our meal along with several other regular diners. My salad and veal were delicious as was my husband’s Pho. We split a tasty dessert — the carrot cake was scruptious.. We’ll be back.

We found this place by accident while we were in the area looking for a new place to eat. What a hidden gem. Food was phenomenal and taste exceeded expectations. We had escargot, curry chicken, and spicy seafood fried rice. Can’t wait to go back and try the dinner menu five stars across the board.

Loved this place! Nice outdoor seating on the patio! Linen tablecloths and napkins!❤️ Very nice servers and knowledgeable! Saigon Paris Bistro has an extensive menu! There’s vegetarian options, too! We tried the veggie spring rolls which had a very tasty sauce! The rolls and salads were very fresh! Crusty rolls and various greens in the salad! My daughter had the curry tofu with very fresh vegetables! My husband and I split almond crusted grouper with mashed potatoes and a vegetable mixture of broccoli, green beans and zucchini! I would highly recommend this restaurant! It was well worth the money! One of my favorites! Great place to go on a date!!!❤️

Wonderful dining experience all around. Beautiful tablecloth, doilies, and great service. The pho broth was very tasty. The fresh summer rolls were absolutely delicious. The duck confit was on point. Their veggies are fresh and well prepared. I highly recommend the Arnold Palmer and cold beer in a frosted glass. They have dog friendly outdoor seating on their adorable patio. Also must mention their impeccable classical soundtrack of beautiful French music. Will be back!

This is always my first stop when I get into town and the place like to bring visitors. The pho is the best I’ve ever had. Everything tastes fresh right down to the bread rolls. The atmosphere is great and never too noisy. I’ve always had top notch service here whether dining in or getting takeout. One of my all-time favorites and an absolute gem of a restaurant.
