Poor management from the area supervisor to the mother daughter management…. No apologies, for the grease pizza they delivered us…. that is grease from the pizza the manager on duty , told me pepperoni cause grease, not that much we only had pepperoni on half, I work at a pizza place, she said you got what you ordered, right??? Refused to refund my $$$ in order to complain you call a third party customer service line after 48 hours,you should hear from someone…did not happen, had to contact the person over franchises, yet he never contacted me either. Papa John’s in Somerset has consistently provided a great experience. The staff is always courteous, and the service is dependable. I usually order through the app, and my food arrives hot, fresh, and accurate. On the rare occasion there’s been an issue, they’ve been quick to fix it without any hassle. One suggestion for improvement would be adding a section in the app for special requests, so customers don’t need to call the store directly. Overall, a reliable and well-run location.

I get that people make mistakes but have some integrity. Delivery guy forgot the soda and literally took an hour to bring it back. When we called the lady who answered the phone had no idea what she was doing.

We ordered two pizzas and two desserts, One dessert was the Cinna bites. The cenobites were definitely stale/old. I called the store to let them know and spoke to a manager , her exact words were. “ We have a new recipe and that’s just how they taste”. I will not be ordering from here anymore.
