I feel really bad about writing this because I wanted to like it so bad but I can’t. I went to the restaurant after work, I’ve always drove past it and wanted to try it but I never did until now. It was a little later in the night, but I feel that shouldn’t be an excuse to the quality.
When I pulled up, I saw on the front sign that there was peppered beef so I tried ordering and the young man at the counter had no idea what I was talking about and it wasn’t even on the menu.
I ordered around $50 worth of food, took it home and shared it with my family. It was so bad. All the meat, (chicken, goat, beef) were so dried out and hard, it was difficult to eat. I ordered the jollof rice and it tasted like cigarette smoke. And the egusi soup had little to no flavor, which was shocking. The buka stew was the only item that was decent despite the tough meat.
While I was in there I heard only microwaves turn off and on. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt due to its high reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience.

It is refreshing to go to a family owned restaurant where everyone there seems happy and proud of their work. The food was flavorful and we were given excellent recommendations, and the restaurant itself is very clean. This is a great addition to the area!

The fried chicken they make is beyond amazing! It’s some of the best fried chicken I have ever had, with large pieces of meat and a perfect blend of crispy coating. I’m not someone who often eats fried chicken, especially the coating and skin, but I find it hard to resist the delicious taste. Their selection of African foods is out of this world, with an awesome spicy blend. The owners are extremely friendly and wonderful to work with. As I had never tried African food before, I asked for suggestions on what to eat and how to use their menu. I am very happy with the food experience and highly recommend it to anyone new to different culinary cuisines. This is the place for you! With the high level of food quality, atmosphere, and friendliness of the owners, I give it a 10 out of 10.

First time at the store. Amazing selection of food with good portions. I tried the goat meat with jolof rice. Very tasty I hope to try some more food soon.

I went to amazing Grace restaurant and met The owner on the spot she was wonderful. I told her I wanted to try her fufu and engusi soup. It was amazing. I really enjoyed it. Delicious. Good quality great customer service. I am definitely coming back for this Amazing food. Also, she does catering. I’m gonna consider her for my wedding.
