Fantastic pho and homemade egg rolls!! The inside is incredible and very nice. It was surprising how comfortable and clean it was inside. A great place to enjoy great Asian cuisine in Pittsburgh. The absolute BEST Galentine’s lunch!
We came in craving comfort food and left already planning our next visit. We started with the dumplings and WOW — perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. I could’ve eaten two more plates without hesitation.
I ordered the beef pho and it was everything you want it to be — rich, deeply flavorful broth, tender beef, and the kind of warmth that makes you instantly relaxed. You can tell it’s made with care.
And let’s talk drinks. The strawberry milk bubble tea? 10/10. Creamy, perfectly sweet, and the boba had the best texture. It was basically dessert in a cup… but we still made room for actual dessert.
We ended with mochi and it was the perfect light, sweet finish to the meal. So good.
Our waitress was adorable, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even better. She helped with recommendations and made sure everything was perfect without ever hovering.
Such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and the perfect place for a fun Galentine’s lunch. Already counting down until we go back.

PhoEverMore is more than the name suggests! I recommend coming here to enjoy both Vietnamese and Korean foods. The restaurant has traditional meals (pho, ramen, tteokbokki, etc.) but also some innovations dishes (such as Korean tacos). I ordered the Seafood Korean Ramen, which was good. It’s not very spicy if you are used to Asian cuisine to be honest. But it has a light kick and for Pittsburgh cuisine it may be spicy. The pho is their staple though, and I would recommend that between it and the ramen.
The ambience is nice and the service was wonderful. Our server Chloe really made the experience memorable! I would describe PhoEverMore as a hole-in-the-wall definitely worth checking out.

This is a great spot that I would recommend checking out! The short rib pho and shrimp hibachi rice were delicious and came in massive portions. The service was also excellent. Our server, Yoshi, was fantastic and made for an excellent experience! My in-laws had gone a couple months ago and Yoshi remembered them when they came in again with my husband on Thursday night! So sweet and thoughtful. They loved the pho and will be back. Definitely a must try in the burgh

I found Pho Ever More on Google, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment we walked in, I was blown away — the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous inside. It’s warm, modern, and beautifully decorated — the perfect spot to relax and enjoy an incredible meal.
Yoshi took such great care of us! He was so friendly, attentive, and happy to answer all our questions. He made us feel right at home! Amazing service!
Now, the food… just wow. The Prime Beef Pho was rich, flavorful, and full of tender beef. The Organic Pho tasted fresh, clean, and comforting — you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The Tteokbokki was perfectly chewy, saucy, and packed with delicious flavor.
And the Taro Lover Boba? Absolutely divine — creamy, sweet, and the perfect way to finish an amazing meal!
If you’re anywhere near Gibsonia, (or not, it’s deff worth the drive!) and want authentic flavors, top-notch service, and a beautiful atmosphere, Pho Ever More is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Can’t wait to return ! The Korean tacos were unreal with perfectly seasoned bulgogi and kimchi. Chicken skewers were a great start, and the pho and bubble tea hit the mark too. Our server Josh explained everything with genuine care. Totally worth the visit.

Chefs kiss! Delicious food, impeccable service, Eleanor is as sweet and kind as the dessert we had. Macarons and ice cream was a dream. Food was fast and hot, kimchi was made by Korean grandmas… what more could you possibly ask for?

I’m not being hyperbolic, when I say this is the best meal I’ve ever had. I ordered the Bulgolgi Beef Hibachi fried Rice. It was a mouthwatering sensation. Every ingredient was fresh, prepared and made with care using home-spun recipes. The yumyum sauce was even prepared fresh from scratch. I was almost in tears over how amazing each bite was. Normally fried rice is all the same, but this one was special. The flavors were unique and every bite was fireworks in my head. I had to savor every bite. It felt disrespectful to eat this in a hurry.
On top of the amazing food, our service was 5 star top tier. The server, his name was James. He was the most accommodating, pleasant, and joyful person I’ve ever had wait on me at a restaurant. His commitment to the industry is apparent, as he made us all feel like welcome guests, and by the end of the meal our desire to return made us feel like we were welcomed into a family. The owner and head chef came out to meet us, and he was also super friendly and gave us all the secrets to why the food is so delicious. It’s clear, this food is made with love. The wait was worth it, even though it really wasn’t a wait at all. They were very apologetic for the wait, but it really was such a minor inconvenience as the atmosphere was impeccable. A soft and calm dining room, that is equally warm and inviting. Our entire dining experience was amazing, and I will recommend this location to everyone I know.
Bonus: the bubble tea is also amazing. Tiger Stripe tea is my new instant favorite.
The price is justified, the portions are generous, and the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. Top quality, this is the standard for restaurants to clear for me.
