My wife and I absolutely love coming to Tanya’s Café for breakfast. From the moment you walk in, you can tell it’s a special place. Being a family-owned café, it has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. It’s one of those spots that feels cozy, genuine, and full of heart.

Our go-to order is the chilaquiles with chorizo and the chilaquiles with al pastor, and they are always incredible. The flavors are rich, perfectly balanced, and you can tell everything is made with care. The chorizo has the perfect kick, and the al pastor adds such a delicious twist that keeps us coming back.

Another highlight is their coffee. It’s honestly top notch smooth, fresh, and the perfect start to the morning. Pairing a great cup of coffee with an amazing breakfast in such a comfortable environment makes the whole experience even better.

What we appreciate most is the feeling you get when you’re there. It doesn’t feel like just another café it feels like a place where people genuinely care about their food and their customers. The atmosphere is homey, sweet, and welcoming, and it’s the kind of place you look forward to visiting again and again.

If you’re looking for a breakfast spot with amazing food, great coffee, and a cozy family atmosphere, Tanya’s Café is truly a gem. My wife and I will definitely keep coming back.

Mannnnn I really wanted to like this place because everyone was nice when we walked in

but honestly, it just wasn’t a good experience for me.

The food came out cool, and everything just kind of felt off from the start.

The table was a little sticky the salt and pepper shakers were sticky too…and the creamers were sticky and dirty.

and the whole place just felt a little outdated. The decor didn’t really make much sense to me not that it matters lol who am I to judge??? but it just added to the weird vibe.

Our waitress was kind but she rushed us from the moment we sat down like she was ready for us to leave before we even got our food. We didn’t even get a “hey how are you”

It made the whole experience feel uncomfortable.

ordered the 2x2x2, a croissant sandwich two coffees, and two orange juices (which was really
Good) the menu had some funny names for the choices but that’s about it

and somehow the total came out to around $80, plus tip which honestly shocked me.

For that price I expected something a lot better like:..hot food, maybe not a rushed experience ??

I was ready to go before I even finished eating, and that’s not how I want to feel after breakfast.

Excellent eggs Benedict – ask to have the muffin a little crispier next time, but I loved everything else about it.

Good looking croissant, never got a chance at it so it must have been awesome.

Get the potatoes as a side, they are baked, cut in half and fried and it is magical.

Juice was really good too.

Place is pretty small, but they spread out onto the patio. I didn’t see mimosas or anything on the menu so I’m guessing they don’t sell booze.

I feel like the prices were at the top end of what I would pay for breakfast, but it was all so good, i can’t say I was upset. We will probably be back.

We came here because our usual place for breakfast was too busy, we didn’t come with high hopes but for sure left satisfied. The food was sooo delicious I finished everything! I will for sure be coming back! Service was also very good !

When I say hands down this was the best and I mean best restaurant I went to in a very long time with the most wonderful customer service I have experienced in a long time. Not only that the food was amazing like very good. I got full quickly but the omelette was amazing so I couldn’t really start on my pancakes I took them home. My daughter and son both really enjoyed their food as well. 10 out of the 10. Definitely would go again and recommend.

I’m so impressed with Tanya’s Cafe! Pick it out of the blue because I was craving a unique breakfast experience. We were greeted immediately upon entering the cute café, which has an adorable outdoor patio are with pretty potted flowers, and seated. We ordered off the menu and saw fresh blended juices and unique choices. My husband got the 2x2x2 eggs, b acon and pancakes while I got the Crescent Saugage Sandwich with delicious crispy potatoes. Very much enjoyed and will be back to sample more delights!

Food was really good, my grits could have been a bit warmer, but they were made well. The vibe is cool, but it’s a small space. The coffee is really good. I had the birria eggs Benedict. My husband was happy with his 2x2x2 pancakes and bacon. I am definitely going back to try other things. They get busy so go earlier or closer to lunch. We went at 1130.

I can’t say enough about how much I love this place. The food is so delicious with excellent breakfast and lunch options. Even the kids meal macaroni and cheese is clearly made with love. The breakfast potatoes are my favorite in all of DFW and the Cafe de Olla is a wonderful warm treat. The staff are always so warm and receptive and we love seeing Tanya there almost every time we’ve been!! There is no breakfast spot in the area I would recommend higher.

Nice hidden gem. No way would we have been able to find this place without our adult granddaughter telling us about it.
Our server Pau was very patient as we waited for our last 2 in Party. Five of us total found a perfect table in this small place. Got there just after opening, but filled up quickly. There is outside seating, but with early morning traffic we decided best to be inside.
Food is pricey, but price for quality made it reasonable. Total cost before tip $95.80 for five adults. Only thing I didn’t agree with was the $4 basic cup of coffee.
I added menu so you can easily see prices.
I added pictures of food so you can see the quality/amounts.
Building was clean, only one bathroom, nice size tables.
Parking lot will not accommodate an RV of any type.
There is a lady there who was available for signing for the deaf.
