The food was excellent! I ordered a pho soup and 3 fried spring rolls (I ate one already before taking the pic) as an appetizer. The food came promptly and was delicious. Only one waitress it seemed and she managed to hold it down. It’s pretty quiet in the restaurant, some music may have helped provide some cover while I slurped away, and the decor is nice. Would definitely eat again!

Great and delicious food. Although our food was promptly served our wait staff took very long to bring back the check after we finished. I think she was the only one on duty. She was very pleasant and attentive.

I just recently started my Pho journey and I’m enjoying trying out the many options here in Charleston. I have been here multiple times as they are always consistent. The broth alone is quite savory and does both require any of the extra sauces they offer such as the Sriracha and the Hoisin that are the usual accompaniments. Large selection of Pho varieties including other Asian specialties. Nice and clean and the service is always with a smile. I will definitely be back to try other menu items.

Food was decent but really expensive. I didn’t realize there was also a 20% service charge so I regret tipping. Boba tea was too sweet, not ordering again. The Pho Ga could have had more chicken in it, but the overall size was fine. Service was okay, but could have been better. Food was ready quick and I came at a time where it was too early for dinner and too late for lunch so I was the only one dining there which likely helped with making the food arrive at the table quicker.

The pho was pretty good. The Vietnamese pancake we had was really good! The host was extremely warm and inviting, but you could tell the restaurant was very short staffed, we had a bit of a longer waiting time for our meal. The atmosphere was dim and relaxing. There’s also a cute robot that helps deliver your meals. I think this restaurant has great 5 star potential with a little more help.

I loved Pho Saigon! The treatment was amazing. Our server was kind and welcoming. The food is a little pricey, but that’s Charleston for you! The Vegetable Pho was amazing. The broth was so delicious, and I can’t say the same thing about every other broth. They’re not the same. I also like it when the broth is nice and hot as I expect, and this was. Their summer rolls were nice and and very delicious. I usually don’t like the peanut butter sauces in most places, but this one looked so edible that I actually had it. It had chunks of peanuts on top. I usually tend to have the summer rolls with hot oil and soy sauce. I added some of their peanut sauce here. Their summer rolls were made fresh and didn’t have any hard pieces like other places. They also have a cute robot that brings the food to our table. This was the most amazing entertainment for me. It was too cute to see it find it’s way around to our table and others to deliver food and back to the kitchen. Please see my videos. The location is very clean and tidy. I will definitely be returning.

I stopped into today for the first time. I tried to go last Tuesday but found out that’s the one day they’re closed. To start I had the shrimp and lettuce wraps. These are literally exactly what they say. The peanut sauce was tasty that went with the wraps and they’re a good sharing item for two people. Then I went with the spicy beef broth bowl with pork and beef. This was filling and full of flavor. There was only one guy out front eating his lunch and waiting tables so it wasn’t very busy and the food came out really fast. I’ll be back.

Let me summarize, walked in confused and was told to “sit wherever,” first sign of disaster is the glowing robot rolling around the maybe 200sqft restaurant as if the waiter that was already following the robot around couldn’t carry the food herself. Appetizers took 30 minutes to come out, took one bite of the Crab Rangoons and was met by literal ice in my mouth, spit out the bite, cancelled entrees and left shortly after. I would pay people not to go here.
EDIT: So we require the internet to cook food now? Wow, technology is really advancing isn’t it? The waitress couldn’t verbalize the one thing she needed for the singular table in the restaurant? It’s called problem solving, try it. Also, how is it Dining and Dashing when we ate not a single thing? We also walked up to the host stand to pay for our drinks, waited 5 minutes for her to come out (which she didn’t), use your cameras for that.

Would give a zero star if I could. Placed order over the phone. Quoted 30 minutes, went to pick up 30 minutes later. Order wasn’t ready. Waited 45 minutes in the restaurant, order still not ready. Finally a staff member who’s been in the kitchen bringing orders out speaks (they’ve been hiding from customers not answering phones in the back as multiple people have been waiting one hour plus) tells me it will be a few more. I asked if it was longer than 10 more to let me know and if so to cancel the order. She said yes we will cancel then. Got to another restaurant, you may get your food there.

The food was absolutely delicious, the best Pho and Fried rice we ever had, and the shrimp spring rolls were delicious, will be back again soon. The wait was long, but once the food came it was definitely worth the wait.
