I had the pad ped spiced hot. I like hot things (I’m comfortable around a habanero) and thought it was more medium spiced to my palate. There is an extra hot option which I’ll likely try next time. Seemed like there were hot and cold reviews, and I found it to be fine. Interior looked nice.

Loved this place! Stopped for lunch on the weekend and was impressed by the food. The lunch soup is really good, lots of rich thick broth and deep flavor. We had Beef and peppers and a cashew chicken dish. Both had excellent flavor and good spice. I was a little surprised how intense the medium spice was, but it was well balanced in the sauce.
The staff was great. Very friendly and willing to chat.

Got pad Thai and pineapple fried rice. Pad Thai was medium heat and bland all I tasted was like red pepper flakes no umami flavoring. No heat for medium as well. Btw this was 34$ total and very small portions for rice and rice noodles. Won’t be coming back again. Drop your prices and increase portions and flavors. Inflation is that bad lmao.

We went to Siam Fusion as we have for the last 18 years. To say we were disappointed is such an understatement. A few months ago they put deodorizing sprays that plug-in in their bathrooms and set both of them too high. The entire restaurant, which used to smell like amazing Thai food, now reeks of tropical floral scents that have triggered asthma attacks for members of my family. We asked them to please remove them or turn them down, but each time we have gone in over the last few months one or more members of my family has had to leave due to the triggering of asthma attacks with does not usually happen for us. In addition, when we tried to eat the food while we were there with the deodorizers, we couldn’t even taste the food or smell it because the deodorizing scent was so overwhelming . We voiced our concerns and our requests to remove the deodorizers have been ignored. That was disappointing. We accepted that we needed to do carry out and that I am the only one in my family who can go in to get the food.
Today, however, when I went to pick up the food, they had new containers for carry out that held a quarter of the size of food that their old containers held. One container filled two child size bowls. When I asked if they were communicating this change, and explained that it clearly was a substantial decrease in the amount of food, they said that it was just the new size of the containers.
I am including photos so you can understand the size and how little we got for $60. One container of food filled two small child bowls—that was all.
I am sad to say for the years that we had wonderful service and food that I never took a moment to say how wonderful we thought Siam Fusion was. Even when the original owner sold, we enjoyed a good quality at a fair price. It is only been in the last year that we have been incredibly disappointed.
Even when there were price increases over 18 years, we understood without question or complaint. But this is the last straw for us.

I’ve been eating here since they opened and usually a few times a week. If you don’t already know about this place is has the best flavor of pad thai and thai legend. Definitely come try this place out if uou’ve never been here.

This is an awesome Thai restraunt. One of the best in the Highland area. The me u serves all the dishes you would expect from a Thai restraunt and the appetizers and soups are very good and are served in really good portion sizes. They have great lunch and dinner options, and the Thai iced tea is awesome! They are always super busy with carry-out and the restraunt is a nice atmosphere and a great place to bring the family and dates. I love the Pepper Steak and Pad Prik.

Had the Peanut Curry and the Siam Fusion Pad Thai. Food came out very hot and very fast. Great creamy flavor on the curry with good veggies and meat. Noodles were a little on the rubbery side. Not what I expected. Spice is very strong. If you normally have medium heat, I would do a mild heat. Restaurant was not super busy. We also got the coconut ice cream. This is a hidden gem of this restaurant. I believe it is hand made. Still had some chunks of coconut in the ice cream. Never leave here disappointed.

This place very good. It’s always clean & organized. When they give you a pick up time, it’s always correct. I only get my food “mild”…& its still got a serious kick! Be careful.
