I’ve been a Google guide 25 years. This has been one of the Top Customer experiences in my tenure. Yesterday my wife and I ordered 2 subs through the App and decided to have it delivered as our Maltipoo had surgery and just got home. Uber eats got the order. We waited almost an hour and we got a text saying it was delivered. We tried to contact the driver who spoke no English by text. She sent a pic of the delivery. Was not our home. Tried to call Uber Eats. IMPOSSIBLE to get a person. Called Firehouse Subs. Talked to Torry. She was VERY helpful. Sad part is by the time of the phonecall to Torry I was upset and she got the brunt of it. She didn’t talk down to me, was sympathetic and understanding. She made us 2 more subs like the ones we never got. In the days of foreign customer service she was a shining light. We love Firehouse Subs. THANKYOU Firehouse Subs for hiring quality personnel.!!!

Waited forever for my sandwich just for it to come out wrong. Didn’t have time to wait for a remake nor did the employees seem to care to offer a refund or replacement so I tossed my drink and chips and just left. Don’t understand why it’s so hard to read a ticket. I made your job easier by ordering it plain without all the fixins. Enjoy my money, tip, and round up!

I placed an online order yesterday to try the new French dip sub. I work night shift, so I picked up my food to take to work and eat during my lunch break which is at 9:15PM. When I opened it, I realized the au jus was missing. By that time it was after hours and the store was closed, but I still called and received no answer and no option to leave a message.
I called back today before going into work to explain what happened. I was first told I could only be refunded for the juice because it “wasn’t included.” After speaking with a manager, I was then told the juice is included, but that nothing could be done because I didn’t call that morning, even though I explained that I work night shift, was asleep during the day, and had already tried calling when the issue occurred.
I wasn’t asking for a refund, I just wanted the sandwich made correctly but due to their “policy” I get nothing expect bad customer service. This was very disappointing.

We had the worst experience today at this firehouse sub. The cashier at the register was rude and very races toward us today. She was rushing our order and threw our cup to us, overcharged us, and was yelling us. She didn’t treat the white guy behind us like that. We felt violated and disrespected. We drove from Augusta to North Augusta to get us a good sub but it didn’t turned out like we expected. Forgot my fries , didn’t put bacon on our sandwich which we paid for. Put the wrong cheese on one of our sandwiches which we told them not to. The experience was very horrible. We will never go to this firehouse sub again. The manager didn’t apologize or anything . We got our money back , left there and went to the one on Washington Road in Martinez and we treated with respect and the food was outstanding. If you’re black African American don’t go to North Augusta firehouse sub. If you do don’t let Sarah take your order.

Ordered and paid for bacon to be added to an online order and it was not. Not the first time this has happened, but this time decided to return to receive the bacon. A denied attempt by an employee to take the order back upon returning, after requesting to simply receive the bacon separately, did not sit well with the employee. This individual proceeded to take the next persons’ order even after the customer asked if the employee would address my concern. They did not. Paid for a product that was not provided in the original order, nor upon returning. AND the establishment was contacted prior to returning. Returned to receive an empty request.

sarah went above and beyond today to help me I had my son in my arms and couldn’t carry him my food and my drinks.she offered to help me and stopped what she was doing to take my food and drink to my car for me i will definitely be coming back to this location in the future
