They never have anything that you need with your order went the other day ordered a shrimp tackle box didn’t have any tartar sauce had to go buy some from Walmart, went today to order snack wraps they said they were out of pickles I said ok got to the window to find out they didn’t have any tortillas to make the wrap I drove off. Until they do better I won’t be back. Poor service when people only have 30 minutes for a lunch break…

Ordered from Uber Eats but of course you can’t say what type of chicken you want on app. Called into Popeyes # 4148, at their busiest time of the day, LUNCH! Maybe the best experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes. The young lady ringing me up was absolutely amazing and was customer service centered. She deserves to be promoted to a store manager somewhere, I don’t care how old she is ….she gets it. Popeyes chicken is always in point.

Are you kidding me! I have always been a KFC girl, however passing Popeyes everyday, the drive thru was always long. And now I know why… I was in a hurry and haven’t had chicken in a while, saw there were like two trucks so I cease the moment and decided to go for it. When I pulled up the greeting was very pleasant and I said ” I never been here before just looking at the menu ” and she replied ” take your time sweetie and let me know when ready” I said ” actually I was wanting a two piece meal, you have that ” she came back with ” yes mam would you like to try that “. So I ordered a two piece orginal. The ladies in drive thru were awesome. okay long story short lol THATS THE BEST DAMN CHICKEN I EVER HAD

We had the #4, 4 piece dark with mash potatoes and gravy. Quite a few employees for a small reataurant. Their drive thru was crazy busy! We have eaten at Popeyes before, but when I go to restaurants, I always like to ask employees what they recommend? Our cashier seem shy, but when I asked if the cajun rice was any good, he recommended that I try it with gravy. Really? He told me that he likes it that way. I already like cajun rice on its own, but I decided to give it a try. I really enjoyed it! Thank you Javion! Restaurant was clean and the air conditioning was so nice. We enjoyed our lunch.

POOR!!!! Was totally ignored by staff as waiting inside to place an order. Manager on the phone and staff making order the drive through! I let and took my money to Jack’s where customer are appreciated.
