Pizza was great, great deal you get a free drink with your meal. I ordered the smallest pizza but it had the biggest heart. I asked an employee for a refill on my water and he gave me a whole bottle of water for free! They had restrooms very clean, great seating with clean tables and even warming lamps. Great pizza place loved the smell and staff!

Pizza was ordered 8:16pm, I am living around 2 mile away from the store, estimation time was 8:53, it’s already 9:10 and pizza wasn’t delivered yet, store answer when I called was lime. Pizza arrived late, the wrong pizza, we got cheese pizza while we ordered different pizza. But although it’s cold pizza but it’s tasty.

I am glad that Pizza Guys is now in our neighborhood so I placed a mobile order and picked it up at 4pm. The service so efficient and quite friendly.. I went there and two female staffs were all smile and energetic. The food so delicious, well presented. My hubby and I ate it all. Fast delivery, I love the people at this pizza guys best because they’re always so nice. This is also the only pizza guys with a vegan cheese option. They made a mistake on my vegan cheese pizza once a long time ago and called to correct it immediately with so much care I was amazed at the service. They’ve been my go-to Pizza Guys ever since. My family and I get into debates on who has the better Pizza Guys near them based on how amazing their service is, I stand by my Palo Alto Pizza Guys!

I highly recommend this place. If you have to get something, the pizza rolls are my favorite and deadly. I couldn’t stop eating them. I was also shocked with how stacked the toppings are on their pizza and yet not soggy at all. Their mango habanero is money and I could not resist.

I’ve ordered from Pizza Guys Palo Alto multiple times now, and they’ve been great every time. The pizza is flavorful, comes out hot, and feels more like a high-end pizza than your typical neighborhood spot.
The crust is exactly what you’d want. Not overly doughy, not too thin, and it holds up well. You can tell they’re consistent with how they make it, which is why I keep coming back.

We ordered takeout. I had to call in since I couldn’t find the order button to add items to cart. The food was very good and the delivery prompt and courteous. My boys ate 4 slices each of pizza, 4 cheesy breadsticks and wanted to eat the whole chocolate chip cookie themselves.
