I’m honestly disgusted. I picked up food from this Panda Express in Springfield and found several strands of hair mixed right into my meal.
It completely killed my appetite. I took it back and got a refund, but that doesn’t change the fact that this should never be happening in a kitchen that’s supposed to follow basic hygiene.
If this is what made it into my bowl, I can’t imagine what’s going on behind the counter. They wear hair nets but don’t cover their hair fully.
Really disappointing and honestly pretty gross. I wouldn’t suggest eating here.

I eat here 4-5 days a week first 3 days very nice. Order always fried rice, honey walnut shrimps, super green and chicken teriyaki. Every time the crew in the picture always gave me hard time for my food. Don’t want to come any more

Stopped by this Panda Express and everything went really smoothly. The food came out fresh and the place looked well kept. I also wanted to mention Nicolas, because he honestly made the whole visit easier.
He was friendly, quick with the order, and kept everything moving without any mistakes. Super efficient, and you could tell he knew what he was doing. I was in and out faster than I expected, which I appreciated.

Placed an online order for pick up at 2pm.
I got there late to make sure I can just grab and go since I’m on a limited break time.
Not only was the order not ready, they told me they were working on it as soon as I asked.
I kindly said “take your time” and began to regret it as I watched that they never worked on it.
I had to kindly remind the cashier that my order was due at 2pm, he rushed it and gave me the order.
However the order was wrong, he asked me if I wanted White Rice instead of Fried, I said stick to Fried Rice and he gave me White Rice anyways.
I think it’s worth driving the extra 5 minutes to another location in Kingstowne since they’re gonna take an extra 30 minutes anyways to do an online order that was supposed to be ready

Worst location ever. Pre ordered on the app to give them a head start. Walked in and completely ignored at the pick up section. Gave them my name and still couldn’t find my order. 20-30 mins later they started my order. Gave me chow mein with barely any noodles and all onions and cabbages. More than 75% were onion and cabbages. avoid this place and support the local Chinese restaurant.

Today I was served by Nicolas and Toba and the portions were extremely small. It felt like they were rationing the food. I barely received a full scoop of chicken, which is disappointing especially for the price.

What makes it worse is that locations like Centreville give generous portions and even hook customers up, especially toward closing. The consistency here is nowhere near that. Really hoping management fixes this.

Extremely rude ladies, they went back and forth with me after I asked to kindly replace the OLD cold meat which wasn’t crispy. I was given the last of the bowl and when I tried it , it was soggy. I drove back & asked for it to be replaced with the new batch they brought out and she went back and forth with me saying I was wrong that it was brand new but her coworker even admitted I got the older batch. Very rude and argumentative for no reason. I really don’t even understand what the back & forth was about? She was offended I said the meat was soggy and older batch. I was given the last scoop of a not so popular item… clearly there isn’t a fast turnaround for it.

This location always gives great portions and great service. Even better than the food is Shabnam’s service! I believe she is the manager and she is all smiles all the time no matter how busy they are. Love this place!
