I have never had less complaints about my food. The burgers were great, the employees were really nice. But the mozzarella fries and the jalapeno cheddar bites were perfect. Like perfect, perfect. That’s so hard to find anywhere.

While the food was fine I was greeted by a very frustrated lady complaining about call offs. She greeted me frazzled stating half her crew called off and that the owner would expect the store closed later. Honestly, I feel for her but came to get food. Not a lecture on the stores inability to staff. As I ate I listened to the same banter in the back. I had enough and finished my food in my car.
By the overall rating on here it’s clear this comment will go ignored and things won’t change.

11-31-25 stopped in little after 7pm. Ordered my food, went to fill soda and out of root beer NO SIGN. Told cashier she said she knows so I dumped it out and got lemonade.
Long wait to get my food, she appologized, and i left. In my truck I looked in bag and I got 1 fry instead of 2 onion ring. I went back in and was told I ordered fries. I said I came here specifically for the onion rings. She said they don’t have any ready, it will be a wait. I said never mind and left.
“Don’t have any ready.” Hmmm, not an accident I got fries then.
I love Burger King but I won’t return here. The Burger King in Wesson is worse though I haven’t been to that one for years. Maybe it changed idk.

Just visted this establishment and I was not impressed. Hashbrowns were fresh, french toast was on the fresh side. We ordered two French vanilla cold foam coffees that were absolutely disgusting. They had an awful bitter taste and did not taste like vanilla at all. I was not pleased with this visit. Coffees went straight to the gas station garbage. Staff was not friendly at all she didn’t even say a word besides “thanks” at the end.

I stopped in the Burger King twice this week. The Whopper was excellent both times, but the fries were best on my initial visit. The second time they were just warm, but still fresh.
The staff was very personable, and all three acknowledged I was there with a greeting.
A very good experience overall.

Talk about slow! I pulled into the Burger King drive-thru with only three cars ahead of me, and it still took 30 minutes to get my food. That’s absolutely ridiculous. What are they doing back there, raising the cows themselves? By the time I finally got to the window, my hunger had turned into pure frustration. This was an incredibly inefficient and disappointing experience. I won’t be back.
