What a great find! Came in on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was pretty full. We sat down quickly, with fresh hot chips and tangy salsa delivered right away. Angel and Maria came to take our order, they were awesome! Our food was delivered super fast. The taco plate with 2 fish and 2 carnitas tacos, rice and beans. Really good! Enchiladas Mole’ were exceptional! Flan for dessert was a great finish. Salem/Keiser really needed a place like this, Upscale Mexican.

Margarita Factory was delicious. The food was excellent. I had the Baja fish tacos, coconut shrimp and my beautiful date had the Empanadas! She also had a couple Margaritas to spice up the night! The atmosphere is great and all the people working were very friendly. Our waitress was Hailey she was very helpful and attentive she got everything we needed! We enjoyed eating there for dinner and we will definitely be back for more! They even do a Margaritas to go! Definitely recommend.

Our waitress Anya was wonderful. Attentive and absolutely on it even though it was busy. The vibe was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. The carnita tacos? Perfect. The ceviche? I need more. Everything came out in a timely fashion. Go for happy hour. Get the margarita flight. I HIGHLY recommend the Coco Channel margarita.

I had heard about this restaurant for awhile and was hoping it was worth the wait. We were greeted immediately and found our party. There was plenty of seating to choose from. We chose the tall tables, but there are booths and regular tables. Music was playing and a server was at our table right away. The amount of margaritas is impressive. She walked is through all our options, even a to go option. Who knew!!! She was funny and efficient in a relaxed manner. We all ordered of the lunch menu and the portions were large and delicious. I would definitely recommend stopping here. Although it’s a chain, the food tastes farm too fork with fresh ingredients.

This is now my favorite Mexican restaurant in Salem/Keizer. The service is outstanding, food is unique and delicious. My husband and I have tried burritos and the chicken chop salad which may be the best salad in town. Environment is bright and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend

I am visiting Keizer, Oregon and my parents decided we should eat dinner at The Margarita Factory.
It is a nice place at Keizer Station that offers authentic Mexican cuisine. Luckily we had reservations because it was packed and it didn’t slow down the entire time we were there!
There are numerous tvs on the walls that were showing college football.
The wait staff is plentiful and very friendly and professional. They can be seen constantly moving from table to table and table to kitchen.
My dinner selection was Enchiladas a la Diabla. It has spicy red salsa, poblano peppers, bell peppers, mush-rooms, a fried jalapeño, and THE WORKS.
I am a “spice-head” (I LOVE spicy foods) and I thought this dish was spicy enough to catch my attention, but did not cause me any discomfort. I enjoyed the flavor and the shredded chicken inside the enchilada was juicy and tender.
The noise level from a packed house was quite high, but I didn’t notice how loud it was until I left the building and was able to relax in the relative quiet of the night.
I enjoyed my dining experience and look forward to visiting it again some day.

Where to start! I had a pleasant restaurant experience. Their Cast Iron Nachos with Steak, was perfectly seasoned to pair this colorful dish. The Queso Mexicano brought all the flavors together along with the radish slices. Highly recommend it!
Also, tried their Tortilla Soup with Chicken. Flavorful with every creamy sip. I highly recommend it.
They have a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Remember to make your reservation on their website and come enjoy this elegant restaurant.

The atmosphere was amazing the drinks were not just delicious, but their presentation was elite, and the food was great as well. But I think my highlight of the night was our server Kevin! I would come back here just for him! He was exceptionally welcoming from the moment we walked in, he had a warm inviting smile, and completely made our time here exceptional.

If you want to have fun, enjoy some delicious food, amazing drinks, and outrageously attentive service, this is the spot for you. I came here for my 33rd birthday with a group of 8. We made a reservation, which I would also recommend. The space is so aesthetically pleasing! The margaritas are so good and getting the flight was truly the move. The food was also delicious. Our server, Pastor was definitely a highlight for our group. You can tell the staff enjoy their job and are definitely there to make the most of your night. We loved how his personality, wit, and attentiveness gave a fun energetic boost to the night. Best birthday I’ve had in years. I know we’ll definitely be back because the menu is extensive and the restaurant is a vibe ✨

There are several solid local Mexican restaurants in the Salem area, and we were admittedly skeptical seeing this new restaurant opening in Keizer. I’m glad to report our first visit was impressive and we look forward to trying the other dishes.
