Reserved the back room for a team building event and I had to find a place quickly. The manager was really friendly over the phone and was able to accommodate our need. The fee was reasonable (had to meet a dollar amount of food purchased) and the room was clean, spacious, and had a door to separate the event from the front of the store. The staff were very prompt and friendly when bringing food to us. I will definitely use this space again! Thank you!

Ordered online. Showed up after the pick up time and waited in line for the cashier to assist me. The man working the cashier line needed to replace the receipt paper and asked a coworker to help me. The heavyset woman walked away and to the back without helping me. I stood there just waiting and eventually was helped by the male associate when her came back from the supply room. Not sure why she wasn’t able to help me and she certainly didn’t look happy with her job.
Pizza is always good and overpriced but the service wasn’t worth going back for.

As a single mom and serial entrepreneur( trauma specialist, wellness specialist, renowned blogger, author) customer service is critical to me. I believe in providing absolutely excellent customer service without excuse.
I just moved back to California. I was so exited to go to Round Tables. They just built one in my state but it wasn’t as good as California. I run in here for a lunch special.
As I’m waiting at the counter for nearly 10 minutes. I look around and only see a cook in the back. At this point, my time is being wasted. I pretty much go into the kitchen. This was the only way to receive attention. As I said, hello hello prior to entering the kitchen. As I awaited at the counter.
Finally the cook/cashier emerges. I order my lunch special. A pizza and salad. I ask for a cup of water. Now as a business owner, if I know someone has been waiting for a long time because my business lacks the necessary employees. I would’ve offered a discount. But none of this was offered. So upon receipt a small water cup. I asked for a larger cup. Preferably a soda cup. The cashier said, no very meanly. I said really, I waited for ten minutes and I had to enter the kitchen which is against health code just to place my order. And I can’t be accommodating with a free beverage cup? After waiting 10 minutes and still purchasing a $13 meal? That’s customer service at RoundTables for you.( while I’ve been here for the past four days, I received better customer service at fast food places who when I ask due to being inconvenience I am obliged.) customer service is the backbone to corporations like this because they depend on consumers like myself.
This may be why round table is going out of service throughout California. Because they lack quality customer service and genuine customer care they should take notes on places like Chick-fil-A who offer exceptional above and beyond in absolute excellent customer service. Also, the health coach should really take a visit to this location as their salad bar was disgusting. I had to ask for a new salad mix!

Worst experience ever. Ordered two pizzas and two sides. Pick them up at the scheduled time. Not ready. Many other customers standing around frustrated. 45 minutes went by so at that point I’m really frustrated. Another woman had been waiting over an hour, they said hers was almost ready, but turns out they gave her garlic twists to an Uber driver, she saw her name on the box he walked out with. After another 20 minutes they brought out my order and I’m like thank goodness… but guess what… it was missing a pizza. They went to search for it and nothing, they didn’t even make it. At that point I was fed up and I told them I’d take what they made and bring it to my family and come back when they’re sure it’s ready. They told me 30 minutes. I gave them my phone number as well just in case there’s an issue to call me.
I came back in 45 minutes just to give them a little bit of extra time… they search again and guess what… once again it’s not ready! In fact, they had not even started to make it! That’s the first thing they should’ve done when they realized that they had not made my pizza the first time.
At that point I said OK just give me a refund for that pizza. He grabbed a notepad and asked me to put my name and phone number on it. And I’m like what are you doing? He said he’s not capable of giving a refund, his manager is gonna have to call me back tomorrow. Nobody in the restaurant can refund me?? Unreal.
It’s been two days and I haven’t gotten any call nor refund… I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card.

Had a few bad experiences but this is ridiculous. Ordered 2 pizzas and some twists for pickup. Arrived slightly after the estimated ready time, was handed a single box of twists and told to have a good day. After correcting them that this was not my entire order, I was told that they had ran out of dough and would be making it soon and should be ready in 20 minutes. Fine, I get it, things happen they seemed understaffed. 20 minutes later I return only to be told that my pizzas still had not been started and it would be another 20 minutes. Almost an hour after the original pickup time I am finally getting my pizzas. The pizzas themselves were fine, aside from the fact that they had to make these doughs from scratch and had no time to proof, leaving them very dense. Ontop of this we weren’t even offered any compensation for our troubles.

First time visiting this place since dont leave in this area but what a pizza place to go and you can rent the back space for parties like the one I went to to take these pictures. This place has more for those beer drinks abit of different types of beer brands to get an all you need to do is have a valid ID and that will start up your tab by this pizza place giving you a writs tupe of band to operate the beer area an after your done you just pay off your tab. Not many Round Table pizza aces have this so it was cool to see this there besides a bug area for kids to enjoy an arcade. Plenty of seating an huge tv screening showing off your favorite sports. Come check them out if never gone here like me. If your a fan of their pizzas of course too.

Very poor experience. Walk in and there is a fridge in a crate in front entry. Decided to try the beer wall. After ten minutes trying to get their machine to work to give me a wristband go to wall and only five taps are even live. Tried two and neither worked so went back and asked for ID back and turned in glass. No apology or solution from the guy at counter other than those machines always have issues. Salad bar was not clean. Many items near empty and food had spread to the bins next to the one they were supposed to be in. Never saw anyone go and clean or tend to salad bar once in thirty or so minutes there. Will absolutely never return to this location

This Roundtable is very accommodating. I had purchased a pizza a couple weeks back and they had a new person making it and it wasn’t just right and they was willing to remake my pizza for free and they did and second one I got was perfect! I want to thank the manager she is polite and very customer service oriented. And this is the first time this has ever happened at a round table.

Hmm ! My favorite pizza place. Great pizza in a comfortable atmosphere to eat and have conversations with friends and family. Loved the pizza selections. Especially their combination with all the delicious meats and veggies.
