If I could give zero stars, I would.
I stopped by KFC on my lunch break around 2:20 PM. I was told to pull around because my food would be brought out in about five minutes. Another car and I waited by the double doors, but no one ever came out. The other customer eventually went inside to get their food, so I did the same.
When I went in, the employee was leaning on the counter, texting and smiling, holding my food. When I asked why it wasn’t brought out, she claimed she told us to come back through the drive-thru — which she absolutely did not.
To make matters worse, when I got back to work, I realized my order was wrong. I asked for french fries but received mashed potatoes instead, so I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to fix it.
This was a frustrating experience, poor customer service, and a complete waste of my lunch break.

We ordered online. Upon arrival they “didn’t have” fries or the mashed potatoes bites. Someone seated had fries – I guess they just couldn’t be bothered to make more at lunch time. What we did get was horrible.

I paid 38 dollars almost 40 dollars for a family 12 piece meal the girl at the window gives me my food after about 25 minutes of waiting on a mobile order I get home and there is only 10 pieces of chicken I call they asked would I like to come back to get the other two then offers me 6 pieces of chicken due to me having to drive all the way back to kfc for their mistake the lady at the window I’m assuming is the supervisor heard me say I had chicken left off says I need the other two I tell her I was offered 6 she then ask who said that never asked who left the chicken out in the first place sends the chicken out in a box it was 3 pieces of chicken this place is unprofessional I spend a lot of money here but after today never again and I put a picture of the B’s they gave me

Told me it would be 15 mins because she didn’t want to drop any chicken. I told her ok and she replied “ Oh I lied, it’s going to be 20 mins. I told her ok & I’m still sitting here after 35 mins. At least 5 cars have pulled in and left due to her probably telling them what she told me.

Thank you for reminding me why I never ever go to KFC. $9 got me the 2 smallest, most soggy pieces of chicken with some rudeness on the side. I’ll never go back to this location much less another KFC ever. Waste of time and money. SMH

Only reason I’m giving this a 2 star is because the lady that took my order was super nice. Order 3 famous bowls, no cheese was put in any and it seems 1 chicken tender was cut up and put in per bowl. My chicken Littles weren’t plain like I asked. Wasn’t busy so idk what the issue was.

Purchased 2 $5 fill-ups after a long wait (8 minutes) to have my order taken. I wanted an extra-crispy breast, but would have had to wait another 15 minutes. This was at dinner time when one would have expected plenty of choices available. Brought home and found that the cookies were missing in both boxes. Worst of all, the chicken pieces were very small. After eating our meals, we were still hungry and unsatisfied. Normally the $5 fill-ups are very satisfying. Will remember this the next time we are wanting fast food chicken and will likely go elsewhere.
