I specifically asked for an egg and cheese with an extra egg. They told to pull up because they were waiting on the eggs and then they brought me out a chicken biscuit. This is not what I ordered! There is no receipt here either

Don’t show up here early within an hour of their opening hours unless you want to be ignored. Showed up right before 5:30 this morning in the drive thru. Saw one employee in the parking lot. After waiting more than 5 minutes at the speaker, I pulled up to the window to order. I understand it’s early and they may be short staffed, so I was going to be polite and give them grace when I was finally greeted. That never happened.. the same female employee made eye contact with me twice, rolled her eyes, and refused to come up to the window. She acted like I didn’t exist.

The service was very terrible, the cashier took way too long to take our order (too busy catering to drive-thru). The food took wayyy too long to be dished out. The resturaunt was empty there was crumbs all around the seating areas. The gentleman who had ordered before us had to go back to the counter becuase they messed up his order. Thankfully, our food was precise, and pretty good. The chicken was crispy, but the bread to chicken ratio was off. Like you get that crucnch and the taste with the amazing flavors, but there could have been more chicken in there. The fries and dirty rice were great, seasoned to perfection. Their sweet tea was very lackluster, as it was watered down. As someone who absolutely loves Bojangles, this place was a huge letdown in almost everyway possible. I will not be returning to this location in the near future.

The food is good. The wait time on the food is ridiculous. Waited 30 minutes for 2 combos. Lady in from of us waited over an hour for her food. Staff makes excuses for why they dont have food ready. The manager complaining the entire time that she is at her breaking point. Other employees complaining about more cars coming into the drive through. 3 workers here and nothing prepared. This is the 3rd time here, and everytime it is the same. Either shut it down or get employees who care!

So this place Never has cars in the parking lot, And I just found out why,, Haven’t been to Bojangles in a while. And will Not be back,, When I order a 3 piece chicken meal and 2 chicken sandwiches and it costs $ 30.00 dollars,, I can sit down in an actual restaurant will real food and feed 2 people for that!!! The fast food forgot they are fast food !!! Not a Diner!!!

I orders a pork chop biscuit. I was told to pull forward and wait 5 minutes for it to cook. 15 minutes later I had to walk inside because my food never came. It still wasn’t ready. I had to wait another 5 minutes and they put tomato and cheese on it.

This has got to be the worst Bojangles I have ever eaten. I ordered 2, 4pc tenders.# The meat was not fresh, it was over dry and hard. Tasted as if it had sat under the lamp heater all day. Just getting out of the hospital and couldn’t wait for some tenders. I am so disappointed!!

Went through the drive thru at 9:45AM drive thru attendant told me to pull around to the front of the store. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes and no one ever came with my food. So I went into the store and waited an additional 8 minutes before receiving my food. Not a sorry for your wait or anything. This store needs to be trained better. Very disappointing experience
