I really wanted to love this place, but after three visits, I don’t think we’ll be back.
On our most recent visit, I ordered a side of beans and rice, which came on a medium-sized plate and cost $8 – seemed a bit pricey for what you get. I also tried the bean, rice, and cheese burrito, but unfortunately it was pretty bland and lacking in flavor.
My husband ordered the Colorado burrito, and after waiting 20 minutes, he finally had to ask where his food was. Turns out they had completely forgotten about his order. When his food came out they even gave him the wrong meat. What was most disappointing was that nothing was offered to make up for the mistake – no apology beyond a quick “sorry,” no discount, nothing.
The service issues and inconsistent food quality have been a pattern across our three visits. I wish I could give them a higher rating because I want to support local restaurants, but at this point, we’ve decided this will be our last visit.

Im hooked!! Tried Salsa’sFresh 2 weeks ago and this was the 3rd time here!! So far EVERYTHING Ive ordered has Been the BEST in YubaCity. Moved here almost 2 years ago and just finally found my favorite Restaurant!!! Thank you for your Amazing Food!!!

I hade the chile relleno and chicken burrito and the wife had a grilled chicken tostada. They were both very good. Mine was large enough to fill me up and even though it just came off the grill I dove into it being hot and all, man that was good. They brought extra salsa for us and the salsa was very good, not much heat but very tasty. The wife enjoyed hers also, said it had lots of flavor. The cooks were very fast at getting our food out to us

Came with no expectations and an empty stomach.
I promptly was greeted by the order taker and taken care of in a very friendly manner.
I order 1 chile poblano carne asada burrito (never tried that mix before) and it was a very tasty meal.
I also want to point at the fact that the young man that took care of me was very polite and effective. I would come back.

15 bucks plus 2 for cheese and sour cream. No salsa bar and stingy with the salsa. Worth trying out once to support local but will not be going back.

We have been coming here for almost 7 years and normally enjoy the food and service. Recently the service and the food has been declining. We ordered the carne asada plate and it came with two the of tiniest pieces of meat which one of the two was unedible. When we complained and asked if they could refire the bad piece of meat they said they could not. So we asked for our money back which they gave us. Why wouldn’t you want to satisfy your customer instead of loose them. We will not ever return, we also ordered the chips and guacamole and the portion was more than half less for the same price. When asked why the smaller portions they said that’s just how they serve it now. Wowwww, Cutting corners, what a shame to make a buck but loose customers. Get it together.

The service and atmosphere of this place is nice, but I ordered a shredded chicken burrito and it was good until I was about half way done. I found a bone in it. Last time I checked, the burritos are not supposed to have bones in them.

I love the food here. I’ve come here a couple of times and not once have I had a complaint regarding the food or service. The inside of the place is also really nice since it incorporates some designs that reflect Mexican culture. Anyways, I do recommend coming here. You will get great portions and quality for the price. I got the chicken fajitas as shown this time around.

Food was delicious. I ordered a steak super burrito! The salsas is delicious my favorite is the green salsa it is ! Awesome customer service! I now finally found a good Mexican food restaurant and no longer have to travel to Sacramento I totally recommend the best in Yuba City! Next time I will try the wet burrito
